About: I've been a dog lover all my life. The past 10 years I have personally owned a chihuahua named Bean, along with my wife Jess. I've had experience with a wide range of dogs of all sizes ranging from chihuahua to a great dane. I am generally readily available as I work from home. I currently work part time and make my own schedule, allowing me the flexibility to watch your pups as needed. I am available weekdays and some weekends. I love to create a comfortable environment for dogs and make sure they're able to be as cozy as can be. An example and one way I do this for my own dog is by making him a nest out of a giant fleece blanket every morning and wrapping him up.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up, my family had three dogs that I was closely bonded with and brought me such joy. Later, after moving out of my childhood house, cats were a bigger part of my life. On two separate occasions in the last few years I took on the role of long-term cat sitter for some kitties whose owners moved or went on extended vacation. Although I have not owned my own dog since teenage years, I have been around friends' dogs almost constantly - most notably, Mahoney (Mo Mo), a dog belonging to a friend I was living with a couple years ago. Mo Mo had some old trauma and therefore trust issues, meaning he sometimes took months to warm up to people. However, he tentatively let me pet him on our first meeting, and warmed up to me relatively quickly over the following 2-3 weeks. We became good friends, and since my friend traveled frequently, I was often entrusted to take care of high-energy and high-maintenance Mo Mo for days or weeks at a time. More recently, I had the pleasure of living with a friend/roommate with a new golden doodle puppy. We bonded strongly; I helped care for her and train her, and I took her with me on walks, hikes, and the occasional road trip. I have always felt a special and easy connection with animals; I adore caring for them and I could spend time with them endlessly. As of now, I am a full time graduate student, with in-person classes only occurring once a month. Other than that, I am doing my course work on my own schedule, which leaves me plenty of flexibility to help out with pet care. For now, I am not offering pet care in my own home. When I pet sit in others’ homes, I am highly attentive and respectful both of the space and of the particular instructions given to me by clients for the well being of their pets. I am open to overnight care as well as periodic visits and/or walks, depending on your specific needs.

About: I have been surrounded by animals since I was little. I love animals probably more then people at times and I will love your fur babies as if they were my own and take great care of them! I’m currently working Monday through Friday from 11-5:15 so I have availability before and a little after depending on location. I am also free on weekends. I live in an apartment so I won’t be offering to take in any pets as theirs a limit of how many can be staying here. At the moment.

“We haven’t had a regular house/pet sitter for a long time, so we were a bit apprehensive about someone new watching our home and taking care of our Akita and Ferrets while we were on a weekend trip. Not to worry; Ashley handled everything with confidence and competence. Our phones were off most of the weekend, but each time we could check there were updates and photos. Definitely plan to ask her back!”

About: I have taken care of my animals since i was very young. Horses, Chickens, goats, cats, dogs, etc… I’m very intuitive and always make sure my animals are safe and happy! I am currently working on my own business so i have lots of free time to be able to help you out! I am available everyday of the week plus weekends. “Stephanie provided the absolute best care for our dogs, and our home!! She communicated, followed all of our instructions and sent us pictures while we were away on our trip. She even had the whole house cleaned upon our return which we said she didn’t have to do! She even re-oiled the cast iron pans she used! We were very pleased with Stephanie and would definitely recommend to anyone with high energy dogs.”
