About: I've been a dog lover all my life. The past 10 years I have personally owned a chihuahua named Bean, along with my wife Jess. I've had experience with a wide range of dogs of all sizes ranging from chihuahua to a great dane. I am generally readily available as I work from home. I currently work part time and make my own schedule, allowing me the flexibility to watch your pups as needed. I am available weekdays and some weekends. I love to create a comfortable environment for dogs and make sure they're able to be as cozy as can be. An example and one way I do this for my own dog is by making him a nest out of a giant fleece blanket every morning and wrapping him up.

2. Kelsey U.

“Tons of photo updates and everything was left in perfect condition! Kelsey was even able to give my grumpy old cat her oral medicine via syringe.”

3. Karri G.
“Karri has taken wonderful care of elderly dog and my sweet pup. They need totally different things food and energy wise and she’s been great. They love her. Besides walks, She’s even taken care of them while I’ve been out of town. I trust her to love them like her own.”

4. Arianna R.

“Arianna definitely went above and beyond with the care of our precious pup. We will definitely reach out to her again. Our girl was definitely cared for as well as we do. Great communication lots of awesome pictures. Arianna again thank you for being so amazing!!!”

“Danielle was amazing! This was my first time using a house and dog sitter, and Danielle put me completely at ease. Trustworthy and communicative, it was a wonderful experience”

6. Gregory G.

“Gregory and his lovely GF Gabby are wonderful people and did a stellar job of watching and taking care of our dalmatian Ricardo, who fell in love with both of them! Highly recommended!!”

7. Lauren V.

“Lauren was amazing! I highly recommend her for taking care of your furry family members. She came in advance to get to meet our skeptical dog. She spent time getting to know our pets and their routine. She had great insight and understanding of our dog. We received updates and pictures. She left the house in the same condition as we left it. Very happy with our choice to hire Lauren.”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up, my family had three dogs that I was closely bonded with and brought me such joy. Later, after moving out of my childhood house, cats were a bigger part of my life. On two separate occasions in the last few years I took on the role of long-term cat sitter for some kitties whose owners moved or went on extended vacation. Although I have not owned my own dog since teenage years, I have been around friends' dogs almost constantly - most notably, Mahoney (Mo Mo), a dog belonging to a friend I was living with a couple years ago. Mo Mo had some old trauma and therefore trust issues, meaning he sometimes took months to warm up to people. However, he tentatively let me pet him on our first meeting, and warmed up to me relatively quickly over the following 2-3 weeks. We became good friends, and since my friend traveled frequently, I was often entrusted to take care of high-energy and high-maintenance Mo Mo for days or weeks at a time. More recently, I had the pleasure of living with a friend/roommate with a new golden doodle puppy. We bonded strongly; I helped care for her and train her, and I took her with me on walks, hikes, and the occasional road trip. I have always felt a special and easy connection with animals; I adore caring for them and I could spend time with them endlessly. As of now, I am a full time graduate student, with in-person classes only occurring once a month. Other than that, I am doing my course work on my own schedule, which leaves me plenty of flexibility to help out with pet care. For now, I am not offering pet care in my own home. When I pet sit in others’ homes, I am highly attentive and respectful both of the space and of the particular instructions given to me by clients for the well being of their pets. I am open to overnight care as well as periodic visits and/or walks, depending on your specific needs.

9. Mollie G.

“Mollie is amazing! Our pets were so happy in her care, and she is incredibly communicative and thoughtful. So happy we found her!!”

10. Satia L.

“Satia did a great job taking care of our two pups. She took them out frequently and they seemed to warm up to her immediately. Would definitely recommend!”

11. Leanna F.

“We were extremely happy with Leanna and Julio! They genuinely cared about all our animals and took immaculate care of our house for two weeks while we vacationed. We got regular updates and pictures and they really respected our home, following all the instructions we left. I won’t hesitate to reach out to them again.”

12. Joslyn W.
“Joslyn is so responsible and kind! I was hesitant to leave my pups with anyone else while I went out of town for a couple weeks, but Joslyn was fantastic! She took great care of my babies and my house. She followed my instructions perfectly and was in communication with me throughout the trip letting me know that all was good back home. She gave them daily walks and lots of attention. I highly recommend Joslyn and will use her any time I need pet care!”

13. Emily H.

“We are forever grateful to Emily for taking care of our baby and home while we were gone! Our dog warmed up to and trusted her immediately and she sent us lots pictures, videos, and updates. She also took very good care of our home so it felt lovely when we returned home.”

14. Clara R.

“Clara responded to a last minute request for a house sitter over the weekend. She is responsible, personable and clearly has a passion for pets. I have 2 dogs and my little one has anxiety towards strangers. Their connection was immediate and I was able to leave my pets and my home in her care in confidence. Clara was great at sending pics and very responsive while I was away. I will definitely have Clara house/pet sit for me in the future and I highly recommend you do the same.”

15. Krista L.
About: I have been surrounded by animals since I was little. I love animals probably more then people at times and I will love your fur babies as if they were my own and take great care of them! I’m currently working Monday through Friday from 11-5:15 so I have availability before and a little after depending on location. I am also free on weekends. I live in an apartment so I won’t be offering to take in any pets as theirs a limit of how many can be staying here. At the moment.

16. Ashley W.

“We haven’t had a regular house/pet sitter for a long time, so we were a bit apprehensive about someone new watching our home and taking care of our Akita and Ferrets while we were on a weekend trip. Not to worry; Ashley handled everything with confidence and competence. Our phones were off most of the weekend, but each time we could check there were updates and photos. Definitely plan to ask her back!”

17. Cassandra T.

“Cassandra did a great job taking care of our very shy and anxious dog. She communicated throughout the day and sent constant updates and pictures. She also followed all instructions very well. We hope to use her again soon.”

19. Stephanie C.

“Stephanie provided the absolute best care for our dogs, and our home!! She communicated, followed all of our instructions and sent us pictures while we were away on our trip. She even had the whole house cleaned upon our return which we said she didn’t have to do! She even re-oiled the cast iron pans she used! We were very pleased with Stephanie and would definitely recommend to anyone with high energy dogs.”

20. Naomi S.
“Naomi was able to meet and exceed all my expectations for caring for my cats. I had to leave town abruptly for two weeks and Naomi was able to take care of them while I was away.
