As a responsible, energetic, experienced, and caring dog sitter/walker, my approach to pet care is rooted in a genuine love for animals. I’m committed to providing the best possible care for furry family members! I use positive reinforcement techniques with dogs. For puppies, I understand the importance of early socialization and basic obedience training to ensure a well-behaved and happy dog. For older dogs, I recognize the unique needs of older pets, including specialized attention to mobility issues, giving medication, and providing a comfortable and nurturing environment. I live in the San Roque neighborhood in Santa Barbara with a securely fenced yard. I am energetic and active and like taking dogs on walks in my neighborhood or yours or on the trails. I have a five-year-old male rescue husky named Yukio, who gets along well with other dogs. I pledge to treat your dog with the same love and consistent care that I provide for my own dog. I prioritize open communication with pet owners. Regular updates and photos on the well-being and activities of the pets under my care are part of my commitment to providing peace of mind to owners while they are away. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our two pups! We are always a little worried about leaving our pups with someone, but as soon as we met Lindsey and her daughter we knew they were going to be in great hands which allowed us to fully enjoy our day away! She kept us updated with pictures, and it was easy to tell that they were relaxed and having a great time. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I currently work from home and am available each day. During the work day, I take breaks to walk my / your dog and play with them. In the late afternoon/evening I like to take my dog/your dog to the beach, for a hike or a walk.

I am highly responsible and easily do extras at your home - such as watering plants, bringing in mail, etc.,. At my home, I have a small yard with a secure fence.

A typical day
If your dog is up for it, let's go to the beach, hit the trails, play at the park and relax at home! If it's OK, it's fun to enjoy some treats too!
