Hi, I’m Stacey! I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom to two small pups — a French Bulldog and a Maltese mix. They’re my little sidekicks and love making new friends, so we’re always happy to welcome other small dogs into our pack. My journey with dogs goes way back. I lost my beloved Ruby in 2013 while I was traveling abroad, and that experience taught me how deeply our pets become part of our family. Being able to care for other people’s dogs is something I genuinely cherish — it’s the next best thing to having a house full of my own! Over the years, I’ve cared for a regular crew of small dogs and have experience with all kinds of breeds, ages, and personalities. I’m also comfortable managing special needs or dietary restrictions. In the past, I’ve volunteered with an animal rescue organization helping to find loving homes for neglected and abused pets, and I’m currently working toward a pet nutrition certification because I believe good health starts with good food. Your dog will be treated like family here — with love, care, and plenty of cuddles. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup and add them to our little furry community!

Stacey was an amazing care taker for Lucy. I’m a very paranoid dog mom but Stacey reassured me of Lucy’s happiness with little videos and photos of her during my trip. I even forgot to bring food for her and Stacey didn’t hesitate to help me out with organizing some. Would definitely recommend.

I'm a professional and work from home, so I have plenty of time for belly rubs and to give your dog the attention they deserve.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a house with 3 other roommates who are all dog lovers. They may or may not be here during your dog's stay. We have a live-in French Bulldog who is friendly with all other dogs and humans. We have a fenced backyard on a private, county road, which is a cul de sac, so short walks on our street are safe. There is also a gate at my front entryway to create a barrier between the dogs and the front door. I kindly request that all dogs be on flea meds, for obvious reasons. Note: Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide pickup or dropoff.
Pets
A typical day
The dogs have a backyard to run around in all day and we go for 2-3 walks per day on my street. If your dog is more active, I'm happy to provide extra walks, beach runs, or hikes.
