I have patience, problem solving skills and the ability to cope with challenges under pressure. Also a deep love and appreciation of mother nature and animals. I am semi retired but still enjoy working and set my own schedule so I am available weekdays and weekends. Your pet will be well looked after. I love to go to the beach and will look forward to taking your furry friend with me. Shoreline Park is another favorite daily walk activity and just minutes away. My condo has a small fenced yard and a comfortable home for your doggie’s vacation. I live on the mesa in the Highlands with lots of easy walking just outside the front door and in the Honda Preserve so your pet will have plenty of short walks. I have been a dog owner all my life but when my last dog Nates, the absolute best dog in the world my children and I rescued from the animal shelter, left the planet for dog heaven, I couldn’t bring myself to get another and my children were all grown so I very much enjoy taking care of other’s pets.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10. I have been a dog walker for my family, who has always had 3-4 large dogs. I have taken hundreds of beach walks/neighborhood walks with my own dogs and neighbors dogs that I have been asked to watch. I currently work remote and have time to stay with the dog for longer periods of time, I love taking long walks especially. I have more time on weekdays as I take frequent walks, I often leave town on the weekends or am out of the house. I have a yard, but it is not fenced. I would keep the dog inside with me at all times and always keep an eye on him/her. On walks I will always be attentive and keep the dog on leash as needed/required.

About: Our dogs are a part of our families. They deserve great love and care. I'm well experienced and especially with large breeds. Your pup will be safe, have fun and have good manners supported. Pretty flexible as i live and work 2 miles apart and am able to bring dogs to my office if you have a needy creature. Dogs are part of everyday life. Dogs get good attention, walks and playtime. I have some great go to local parks and beaches for play time and walks. I am sensitive and intuitive to their needs. Happy puppy usually means happy human. Keeping a safe , puppy proofed and maintained environment helps prevent messes and or damages.

About: I have been around and cared for dogs since I was in middle school. I have a deep care for dogs and believe giving them the absolute best life while they are with us is the only way to engage with them. I have a knack for training, it somewhat comes natural to me and I have the patience for it. Im happy to work with your dog to either reinforce or teach commands/tricks. I have a special needs dog of my own, so I have a particular soft spot for dogs that need a little extra care, but I'm equally comfortable with puppies, seniors, anxious dogs, and medication administration. I know exactly how much trust you're placing in me, and I don't take that lightly. Your dog gets a real home, real attention, and a lot of love. I work from home full time, which means your dog has company throughout the day rather than waiting for someone to come home. Walks, yard time, and cuddles fit naturally into my routine, I'm not squeezing pet care around a commute or office hours. Gladly have your pet a part of my day. My home is fully fenced, so outdoor time is always safe and supervised. Inside, dogs are welcome wherever they're most comfortable.. on the sofa, in the bedroom, wherever helps them settle in. I follow each owner's instructions closely, including crating if that's part of their dog's routine. I'll always ask about your dog's habits, triggers, and preferences before your stay so there are no surprises for either of us.
