I have been caring for dogs of all breeds for over thirty years. I have worked in veterinary offices, pet hospitals, dog shelters and have provided dog walking and currently provide dog sitting services on Rover. We have a fenced half acre lot near the SB Mission (easy drop off and pick up).

Our doggie had a great time at Ada’s. She came back very happy and we got lots of sweet and thoughtful updates! Ada was very thoughtful and accommodating and our doggie loved playing with her dogs!

Ada and her family were an absolute delight. Everything from drop off to pickup went smoothly! They sent the sweetest updates on my pup. I could tell my dog had the best time with them. They also have some sweet dogs of their own and a really large yard so it was exactly what I was hoping for :) thank you Ada and family!
Ada took great care of our dog Finn! She has a great yard where the dogs can play and she took him on fun walks to the reservoir. Highly recommend!
Ada took wonderful care of Bella. I think Bella had the time of her life. It was a wonderful family, lots of hikes, lots of exercise and a lot of loving care. We will look forward to leaving Bella with Ada in the future.

Schedule
Your dog will be treated like part of the family while staying with us! Our home has a flexible schedule, and between the two of us and our three loving daughters, your pup will get plenty of care, playtime, and affection. We’re happy to accommodate both long-term boarding and short-notice stays, and your dog will enjoy a safe, welcoming environment with lots of attention throughout the day.

We’re located in a peaceful, private area near the Santa Barbara Mission, just minutes from some of the best dog walking spots in town, including the Natural History Museum trails, Rocky Nook Park, and the reservoir loop. Our fully fenced half acre lot offers a safe space for your dog to run and play. Inside, your pet will enjoy a calm, loving environment with plenty of attention from us and our pet loving daughters.

A typical day
Your dog will enjoy plenty of outdoor playtime in our fully fenced half-acre yard, as well as leashed walks to nearby favorites like Rocky Nook Park, the Natural History Museum trails, and the reservoir loop. We love getting dogs out in nature to sniff, explore, and stretch their legs. At home, there’s lots of time for fetch, belly rubs, and relaxing in the shade. Our daughters also love spending time with our guest pups, expect extra cuddles, playtime, and companionship throughout the day.

- To ensure a great experience for everyone, we ask that your dog be well socialized, nonaggressive, and comfortable around both teens and other dogs. Since we have two family dogs and two teenagers at home, it’s important that your pet is truly child friendly. Please let us know in advance about any issues such as house training challenges or excessive barking, as we’re not able to accommodate dogs that are not reliably potty trained or that bark continuously, especially out of respect for our neighbors.
