I treat every animal and person with respect, care, and empathy. When meeting a new pet, I always go slow and take time to introduce myself. Especially when on walks, paying attention to details is of high importance to me when ensuring the safety of the pet. Taking note of things like the fit of a harness/collar, gates being closed, hazards on the sidewalk, etc. My ultimate goal is for the experience to be fun, comfortable, but most importantly safe for everyone involved.

She was incredibly responsive and flexible, including making time to meet Momo before I left so we could go through his routine and everything she’d need during the visits. I really appreciated her attention to detail, especially in the visit cards and updates, and it was reassuring to know Momo was being well cared for while I was away. He seemed to like her too! She was kind, reliable, communicative, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend her and would be very happy to book with her again whenever she’s available.
Clara was incredibly helpful! Very quick, clear, and prompt communication throughout the whole visit. We had a situation where we needed to book one day at a time as we were unsure the length of stay, and Clara was very patient and generous with her time. She went way above expectations in her care and we are extremely grateful. HIGHLY recommend! And will certainly book again
Max went above and beyond for KitKat! Thank you so much for accepting a last minute reservation and sending an abundance of kitty photos while we were gone. KitKat seemed relaxed and renewed and i think he had a great time with his new friend! 100/10 would book again.
Briana did a great job keeping our cat calm and fed, as the poor thing was living in a house that was slowly being emptied out while we were moving. She was a great communicator, and also very honest in helping me navigate the app so I would not double-book and such. I will definitely be looking for her again when it is time for Trillian to get some care.
