I don’t understand the psychology of pet owners and pet providers… perhaps it’s the common bond of loving animals, but i handed Summer our house keys within 30 minutes of our meet and greet appointment. I generally don’t do that easily. Summer was responsive to our requests for our cat’s care and meal plan and arranged to fit into our schedule without question. She sent us great photos and answered our questions promptly.
Tanja was so professional, flexible and most importantly caring! My cats were not only fed and watered, but given love, scritches, brushies and play time. My shy cat even finally came out to say hi! She went above and beyond in helping out and cleaning up messes. Tanja took diligent notes, followed my instructions carefully, and communicated with us the entire time we were gone! Highly recommend!
