Sydney was absolutely wonderful! As a new cat mom and a first-time Rover user, I was a little nervous about leaving my two ragdoll one year old boys, but Sydney immediately put me at ease. I don’t understand the psychology of pet owners and pet providers… perhaps it’s the common bond of loving animals, but i handed Summer our house keys within 30 minutes of our meet and greet appointment. I generally don’t do that easily. Summer was responsive to our requests for our cat’s care and meal plan and arranged to fit into our schedule without question. She sent us great photos and answered our questions promptly.
Julie did a fantastic job of watching our two cats over the holidays! Great communication and photos of the cats. Our trip was unexpectedly extended by 5 days and Julie kindly continued to care for our cats until we got home. We highly recommend Julie and hope to use her again.
