She sent me so many pictures and videos of their time together, and her demeanor was always very calm and patient. Reading a cat's tells can be challenging for a lot of people, but she seemed to instinctively know when to back off and give him space vs when to engage and try to build a rapport with him. She had him playing with her by the first appointment! In addition to this, she sent me very sweet and thorough updates of every visit, and even cleaned off one of my cat beds and put it outside to dry in the sun after she found Zeppelin had coughed up a hairball in it. I felt completely at ease knowing Zeppelin was in good hands, and highly recommend her (especially if your kitties are distrusting of strangers!)”
About: I love all animals. I have a very active puppy that loves walks and I know that everyone’s lives get busy. I try and be available as needed but I also work full time. My pet care experience has mostly been with my own animals. Everyone is busy and tend to work long days. It sucks when you feel guilty for not spending time with your dog. Luckily with services like this you are free from guilt and know that your dog is being taken care of. I love having the option of someone walking my dog (especially after a very long day). If you are comfortable with it my dog also loves new friends and long walks. I try and walk my dog everyday. I work full time but have a flexible schedule to care for animals. I have two dogs but I split them with my ex and on those weeks, I’m extra available. I have a large condo that has access to lots of walking paths and nature. The animal would feel safe and comfortable at my home. I’m also able to go to your home and provide care (that can be easier for pets). I currently watch a lot of my friends dogs when they are out and have shown that I care for their space and animals.

About: I’ve lived with and around dogs for most of my younger years. While i do not have my own anymore, I have plenty of experience around dogs of different temperaments and sizes. I’ve watched anything from a chihuahua to a great dane! I would love to meet your pup and make sure they are comfortable while you’re away. Recently moved and looking for work! Anna was absolutely wonderful with Toby! She came twice a day while we were away, fed him his wet food, and stayed for the full 30 minutes to keep him company. Toby meowed, and screamed at Anna pretty much the entire time. I can only assume he had many important things to tell her about the state of the household while we were gone. Despite Toby's extensive vocal complaints, Anna was incredibly patient, sweet, and attentive with him. Knowing she was spending actual time with him rather than just giving him food gave us so much peace of mind. Anna was reliable, communicative, and clearly genuinely cared about Toby. We came home to a happy, well cared for and still very opinionated cat. I would absolutely book Anna again and highly recommend her!

Avalon was the best cat sitter for my boy cat. I needed someone last minute and she was able to take on his care and was a great communicator throughout the process. My cat needed 3 different oral medications which she was able to administer without any problems. And if you know cats and meds it’s very challenging to get meds in them! She definitely knows cat language and behavior and I would highly recommend her for any cat care. I felt very at ease leaving my boy under her care. Not to mention my cat absolutely loved and adored her. Avalon you are a cat whisperer thank you so much!!
I don’t understand the psychology of pet owners and pet providers… perhaps it’s the common bond of loving animals, but i handed Summer our house keys within 30 minutes of our meet and greet appointment. I generally don’t do that easily. Summer was responsive to our requests for our cat’s care and meal plan and arranged to fit into our schedule without question. She sent us great photos and answered our questions promptly.
Working with Tayler was a breeze! She visited our kitty twice a day while we were away for the weekend. Very communicative with us, sent pics every visit, and was very attentive to our vocal & demanding cat. I will definitely work with her again in the future!!

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
