About: I love all animals. I have a very active puppy that loves walks and I know that everyone’s lives get busy. I try and be available as needed but I also work full time. My pet care experience has mostly been with my own animals. Everyone is busy and tend to work long days. It sucks when you feel guilty for not spending time with your dog. Luckily with services like this you are free from guilt and know that your dog is being taken care of. I love having the option of someone walking my dog (especially after a very long day). If you are comfortable with it my dog also loves new friends and long walks. I try and walk my dog everyday. I work full time but have a flexible schedule to care for animals. I have two dogs but I split them with my ex and on those weeks, I’m extra available. I have a large condo that has access to lots of walking paths and nature. The animal would feel safe and comfortable at my home. I’m also able to go to your home and provide care (that can be easier for pets). I currently watch a lot of my friends dogs when they are out and have shown that I care for their space and animals.

Anna was absolutely wonderful with Toby! She came twice a day while we were away, fed him his wet food, and stayed for the full 30 minutes to keep him company. Toby meowed, and screamed at Anna pretty much the entire time. I can only assume he had many important things to tell her about the state of the household while we were gone. Despite Toby's extensive vocal complaints, Anna was incredibly patient, sweet, and attentive with him. Knowing she was spending actual time with him rather than just giving him food gave us so much peace of mind. Anna was reliable, communicative, and clearly genuinely cared about Toby. We came home to a happy, well cared for and still very opinionated cat. I would absolutely book Anna again and highly recommend her!
Sydney was absolutely wonderful! As a new cat mom and a first-time Rover user, I was a little nervous about leaving my two ragdoll one year old boys, but Sydney immediately put me at ease. I really appreciated that she came over for a meet-and-greet beforehand, and it was clear right away how genuinely she loves and understands animals. While I was away, her updates made me feel completely comfortable knowing the cats were in great hands. She was incredibly attentive, spent time playing with them, and clearly cared about making sure they were happy and comfortable. I loved getting her updates and seeing how well they were doing. Avalon was the best cat sitter for my boy cat. I needed someone last minute and she was able to take on his care and was a great communicator throughout the process. My cat needed 3 different oral medications which she was able to administer without any problems. And if you know cats and meds it’s very challenging to get meds in them! She definitely knows cat language and behavior and I would highly recommend her for any cat care. I felt very at ease leaving my boy under her care. I don’t understand the psychology of pet owners and pet providers… perhaps it’s the common bond of loving animals, but i handed Summer our house keys within 30 minutes of our meet and greet appointment. I generally don’t do that easily. Summer was responsive to our requests for our cat’s care and meal plan and arranged to fit into our schedule without question. She sent us great photos and answered our questions promptly.
