About: I have tons of experience! Dogs, cats, reptiles, small animals you name it! I had tons of different animals in my life as well. I’ve taken care of neighbors, family, friends and others pets. I’m familiar with senior care for elderly cats and dogs as well. I am a single mom with tons of extra time on my hands. If your furry friends love kids I have a best friend for them! If they aren’t too sure that’s okay as well it can just be me! I have a 100% open schedule for whatever you might need I currently have a dog and a cat! About: Very similarly to my history with cats, I've never known a life without at least one pup in my life! Although I don't have my own dog at the moment because I have no space for pups to play, and I know they need to be able to get energy out, and an apartment isn't the best place for that, my Mom still has two dogs that I care for often. As she did with cats, my Mom bred Lhasa Apsos on several occasions, and of course, those doggies were nothing less than completely pampered(as they should be)! I've helped with everything from bathing dogs of all sizes, to walking dogs, to actually helping with delivering puppies! I've had so many breeds of dogs, each with their own personality! I've had Lhasa Apsos, Australian Shepards, Mastiffs, a Saint Bernard, Golden Retrievers, Labradoodles, Greyhounds, and more! Madeline did a great job taking care of our cats. She made sure to ask questions about our cats and fill in details on them when they met. The communication during her visits was great, we were able to clarify a lot that may have been ambiguous to start with. Madeline is very attentive to requests and specifics, making her a spectacular pet sitter.
Anna was absolutely wonderful with Toby! She came twice a day while we were away, fed him his wet food, and stayed for the full 30 minutes to keep him company. Toby meowed, and screamed at Anna pretty much the entire time. I can only assume he had many important things to tell her about the state of the household while we were gone. Despite Toby's extensive vocal complaints, Anna was incredibly patient, sweet, and attentive with him. Knowing she was spending actual time with him rather than just giving him food gave us so much peace of mind. Anna was reliable, communicative, and clearly genuinely cared about Toby. We came home to a happy, well cared for and still very opinionated cat. I would absolutely book Anna again and highly recommend her!
I can't recommend Wendy enough - she's a gem! My kitty is on the shy side but warmed up to her quickly. Wendy was caring and reliable and also kept me supplied with pictures of my sweet boy. I knew he was in good hands, which meant I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation!
Elinor took great care of our high needs geriatric cat. With progressive kidney failure and a long list of medicines, our cat has a specific medical schedule and Elinor stepped into our routine seamlessly. She's a professional vet tech and was able to do the subcutaneous water daily. We appreciated her support with our sweet, but high maintenance cat.
I don’t understand the psychology of pet owners and pet providers… perhaps it’s the common bond of loving animals, but i handed Summer our house keys within 30 minutes of our meet and greet appointment. I generally don’t do that easily. Summer was responsive to our requests for our cat’s care and meal plan and arranged to fit into our schedule without question. She sent us great photos and answered our questions promptly.
Rob dropped in on my two cats for a week. He proved to be intuitive and thorough with the feeding and litter box cleanings. He made friends easily with my cats, even with the younger, more skittish one. She has been known to hide for at least a week with other caregivers, but warmed to Rob in a couple of days. i would not hesitate to recommend Rob for any pet care needs.
