About: I grew up in a home that was always filled with the joy of pets. My experience ranges from caring for small breeds to rescuing and rehabilitating large stray dogs, ensuring they received the medical attention they needed to thrive. At one point, my family home was a sanctuary for 21 dogs! Growing up alongside them taught me everything about dedicated care—from playful energy to the specialized needs of senior pets. About: I work for a doggie daycare and dog walking company and I walk up to 10 dogs at a time by myself in all kinds of weather. In hot weather, I bring them to shaded parks. I use healthy treats for training and every dog improves, some dramatically. My business partner and I have given sick or injured dogs wagon rides on paved bike trails to get them fresh air and socialization with their friends. At the time of this writing, between the daycare and Rover, I have worked with 80 dogs. I am currently working full time on weekdays, but I’m available on weekends for dog walking, house sitting and drop-in visits. Dog walking is included with house sitting. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
