About: I am a dog groomer and sitter of 3 years, I have a standard poodle and a Mexican hairless dog. I also show my Mexican hairless dog in akc dog shows. I have experience with reactive dogs, intact dogs, and primitive dogs. My specialty is aloof breeds as I love the connection and bond, it makes it even more special when they trust you. I work full time as a dog groomer and admin at barkzone, but your pup would be able to come with me and hang out in the office safely away from the other pups with fresh water and access to a backyard for supervised potty time I have a separate dog room for feeding time and kennels for unsupervised time away from them. If they need to sleep in a kennel I have extras or they can sleep with me. I do not have a fenced yard but I can offer structured walks around the block or to the parks! And lots of play time

Lola had never stayed with unknown people let alone with another dog or cat so this was a bit experimental for all of us. But after a meet and greet it looked like a match. Julie and Barry offered a meet-and-greet right away, which was lovely. Just a few days later, the boys returned for an overnight (test run-we were still in town). Can’t say enough good things! Dominique and her partner took excellent care of my dog Charlie, who was diagnosed with diabetes this year. They were able to manage, checking his blood sugars periodically, and administer sugar when he was running slightly low one day. This is the second time Richard has watched Bug and Ollie. He takes wonderful care of them and they are very happy there. One of my dogs is a nervous, older dog with a big bark and Richard is great with him and Bug adores Richard. It is so reassuring knowing they'll be in a safe, loving environment while I am out of town.
Kena is a kind, experienced sitter and dog trainer. My dog has behavioral issues and anxiety, and Kena knew how to handle tense moments and help him feel safe. She was communicative with updates throughout the stay, and I really appreciated her giving my dog a chance. Her own dogs are well-trained, sweet, and great companions. Highly recommend!
Jenny was wonderful with our two dogs! She took great care of them making sure they had lots of activity and love! They came home completely exhausted and very happy. Jenny was able to accommodate their needs with their specialty food and medication, and even reached out to ensure they were doing well the next day after I brought them home.
