Kena did a great job taking care of my two dogs for a few days! She was responsive, knowledgeable, and sent lots of pictures and updates. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a sitter.

I’m going to write this review from a strictly professional view, regarding my 3 expectations regarding the agreement for drop in visits for my two dogs twice on Thursday, three times on Friday, and twice on a Saturday. The spacing on visits was based on “Kena” work schedule. There is a large window of unavailability from 6:00am to 3:00pm that is not reasonable for in home dogs and bathroom breaks. She requested 3 visits a day on Friday all that did was make the last visit because of spacing actually unnecessary. I did explain completely before she accepted the booking that the dogs may urinate or etc on the vinyl floors in a restricted are they would be housed and prepare to do cleaning as part of the agreement. Also to clean each time upon arrival if necessary. Provided adequate cleaning supplies etc to preform this. One of my dogs is diabetic and blind, insulin is very important and feeding times consistent. I came home to a variation of puddles, some very recent, some very dried up and days old, but the most frustrating was the attempt to clean was taking the mop and spreading it around the floor instead of ringing it into the bucket. This was very frustrating, minus the feeding and making sure they had water was all that seemed to get done. After arriving home from a long weekend and flying spent an hour thoroughly cleaning my floors. I have booked 6 sitters of the years all at my residence, same expectation and entirely different result. This is the only and fist time I am not leaving a tip or a grateful review. I became worried when I started receiving messages due to Kena not being there on time, very disappointed when I walked into my home when I returned Ray R.
