About: Hi! I’m Jordan. (often known by “Jo”) I am certified in animal welfare. I have 7+ years working in professional dog care - it’s what I do! I grew up in a house full of mastiffs. Then began my love of dogs, and ever since, I’ve cared for just about every breed imaginable. My care is special because I take special attention to details others might not notice or understand - my understanding of dog behavior and psychology are especially valuable in caring for the overall well-being of your pet. Some of my experience includes being a kennel technician, dog walker, overseeing doggy-daycare with a blend of many dogs large and small, administering medications, raising puppies, senior dog care, walking dogs with reactivity, accommodating disabled/special needs dogs, — & more. Ask me about my availability! Depending on your pet’s specific needs, I’ll adjust my routine accordingly. For example, if your dog is a working breed who might need lots of stimulation, I’d take it outdoors for trail runs and put together scent puzzles to keep them engaged. If your dog is reactive, we’d avoid triggers and keep potential triggers at a safe distance. I’ll adhere to your normal routine as much as I can so that your pets feel as comfortable as possible. It’s important to give dogs outside enrichment, and I love staying active. Also, although I am not yet a trainer, I have ample experience in working with dogs in positively reinforcing desired behaviors. I can help you understand your pup better

About: We are a loving household comprised of myself, my husband, our two kiddos and two sweet hound dogs. Frito is a yellow hound/lab mix who loves to sleep and hang with his family. Bacca is a coonhound with the attitude to match! He likes to express himself often and loudly, but can be a very chill guy once he's gotten his sniffs in. Both are friendly towards all kinds of other dogs. We have experience with dog sitting in our home and we have in the past fostered deaf dogs (through Deaf Dogs of Oregon rescue) while they are found their forever homes. Our house isn't large, but the dogs are basically in charge and we like it that way (they are our kids, along with our human kiddos!) We have a large fenced back yard for the pooches to run in as well. About this sitter: My husband works outside the home and my main job is stay at home mom to my two kiddos (so I'm home a lot!).I love hanging out with my dogs and kids most of the time. We like to hang out in the big back yard. My hubby is a big help with the dogs as well. Why I love dog sitting Both my husband and I grew up loving dogs. My family always had two or three dogs on my parents' 4 acre homestead. We always had big dogs, and a few wiener dogs. They were always part of the family. My husband Justin rescued our late dog Jughead when he was a puppy from a neglectful home, and trained him up to be an awesome dog, who we still miss very much. We adopted our dog Frito together when he was 8 weeks old and he's grown up in our care a very good boy. Our coonhound Bacca is good at very loudly expressing himself (especially when you first meet him!) but he really just wants to be everyone's friend and get pets and okay. About my yard We have a large backyard, about 1/3 of which is covered. The rest is open, with large pine and cedar trees in the back third of the yard near the back fence. We have couches that the dogs often run around, and over when they are playing. There isn't much grass (it won't grow) and the dirt gets a bit dusty when its dry. The dogs like to run, play, and lay out in the sunshine. I am a stay at home mom currently so I'm very flexible with accommodating your dogs needs. I'll be available for drop in visits and walks during the week while my kids are at school, and more often on the weekends if your pet is friendly around children. I have a large fully fenced back yard and two dogs too keep your dog company. I can also easily crate your dog if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies, and birds. I started petsitting a long time ago and have a lot of love for all animals! I mostly petsit for friends and family, but I’m starting my journey with Rover now!! This is currently my only job so i have a lot of time! My schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate to your needs. I make sure to keep all pets safe and I can take care of the house too. I love to water plants and any other needs!

About: I've been passionate about animal care ever since I started my first pet-sitting business at 15. I still remember my first clients: A family with an older cat and a family with two pomeranian puppies. While I love dogs and can take care of them, my specialty is feline friends! I absolutely love cats in all shapes, sizes, and personalities. I'm there if your cat wants a long-term babysitter relationship or just a friendly person to fill the bowl and respect their need for personal space. If I am house sitting for you, occasionally I will leave for 1-2 hrs to go to the gym or getting something to eat. If your pet has separation anxiety, please let me know and I will stay with them the whole day. My family has always been pet oriented. I grew up with cats and dogs and know how to approach your pet safely if they are feeling shy. I've been walking dogs for 7+ years so you can be rest assured I will always come well equipped with supplies such as poop bags, leash connector (if you have multiple pups) water and a bowl.
