About: I started pet sitting a few years ago with a group called Critter Sitters, this will be my second time using Rover. I have experience dog walking, in home pet sitting, and with over-night stays. Pets tend to warm up to me very quickly and I enjoy the opportunity to meet and take care of new pets! About: I grew up around cats, dogs, birds, and more. I currently have two sweet sibling cats and one rambunctious dog. I've become close friends go-to for their pet sitting needs, and happily so. The most interesting (and adorable!) pets I have cared for are 4 excited ferrets, which included giving them morning and evening medications. About: I may be new to Rover, but I'm not new to working with dogs. My life revolves around dogs and has for many, many years. To help I asked Raphael to check in on Hooper and take him on a walk during the day to break up the time Hooper was alone. And what a difference that has made in Hooper. Kena is fantastic! She’s clearly very comfortable with large dogs and handled my 100lb Doberman shepherd with ease, a calm demeanor, and gentle confidence. I really appreciate her professionalism, punctuality, and great communication too! You can tell she’s very experienced with dogs and dog behaviors and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my pup in her capable hands at the off leash dog park, knowing that her sense for behaviors and how to interact with them would keep him safe. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
