About: I work for a doggie daycare and dog walking company and I walk up to 10 dogs at a time by myself in all kinds of weather. In hot weather, I bring them to shaded parks. I use healthy treats for training and every dog improves, some dramatically. My business partner and I have given sick or injured dogs wagon rides on paved bike trails to get them fresh air and socialization with their friends. At the time of this writing, between the daycare and Rover, I have worked with 80 dogs. I am currently working full time on weekdays, but I’m available on weekends for dog walking, house sitting and drop-in visits. Dog walking is included with house sitting. I am available to pet sit in client’s homes and walk dogs. I am an avid hiker, so I would take them for walks and runs if appropriate. I double check to ensure harnesses are adjusted properly and comfortable. I use a dog walking belt to attach leashes to, keeping my hands free to pick up after them. If another dog passes, I distract my dogs by offering treats for sitting, staying and directing attention at me. I love taking them to play in parks or the yard, and give lots of love, head scratches and belly rubs! I take time to train so they will trust me and come to me when called. I use a happy, excited voice to encourage them to walk, and a calm, gentle voice when giving them a treat so they learn to take it gently from my hand. I even learned commands in Spanish to help a dog who understands that language best. In addition, I have earned online certificates in Dog Emotion and Cognition from Duke University and Animal Behavior and Welfare from the University of Edinburgh.

About: I have had a variety of dog breeds my whole life. Mostly rescues across all ages. I have puppy experience as well as senior dog experience. Additionally I have done elder and developmental disability care for people. I believe in honesty, empathy, and compassion for those under my care. I am pursuing a Masters in Social Work and have an internship part time 3x per week (both remote work) , so I would like to fill the rest of my time to support myself financially ❤️ *no school/ internship until August 2026* I am very attentive and keep a close eye on pets at all times. I try and service my clients by appealing to their needs and sensibilities and not my own. Having worked as a caregiver for people with dementia and adults with developmental disabilities has prepared me to be alert and aware at all times.

“Raven took it slow with Molly on her first visit, gave Molly time to smell things out and wander around the house with her there. Within a short period of time, Molly was all kisses and cuddles with Raven, even got her out for a walk on the first visit. Raven is so patient and calm with hesitant/nervous dogs. About: Hello, I would love to meet your pet. I have experience with cats and dogs, bunnies, birds, small animals, snakes, and some high maintenance animals like sugar gliders. I like to take dogs on walks, and am a calming influence. I am not trained with dogs that might be aggressive. I get along with most dogs and love to care for my dog niece. I'm currently working a flexible day job and parenting a 5 yr old. I am available in the late afternoons, weekends and possibly early mornings to stop by to feed or walk animals. Coming by to feed and play with animals and follow instructions provided. Taking dogs/cats on leashed walks around the neighborhood and making sure they have their poop cleaned up.

About: I've had the privilege of caring for dogs for over a decade. I have experience administering medication, walking, cleaning and playing with puppies and middle age dogs. I am a full time artist with quite an open and flexible schedule. I am available during the day during the week and flexible during weekends. I love playing and spending time with my own cat, catering to her needs and spending time together. I have no issue crating other's dogs if asked.

About: I've had cats and dogs of my own since childhood, when I was given responsibility from a young age to feed and care for them. In adulthood, that experience has continued by looking after the homes and pets of my friends whenever they are away. Whether they be large old dogs, small scrappy pups, or asthmatic cats that need administered medication, in houses or apartments, I've got these experiences to pull from, and look forward to making new ones! I work full-time from 8:30am - 5pm on weekdays. I have weekends off. I'm happy to spend as much time as needed with your pet in my available time! I will discuss with you and ask for written instructions on the details of the care routine your pet(s) are used to and what they require to remain happy and healthy in my care! In addition, my philosophy while house-sitting is to leave the space looking as tidy as it did before I arrived. I'm clean and considerate of other people's spaces.
