I have watched many different cats and kittens over the years as well as many when I was a child. I have given a few kitties oral medications when needed, and I would be comfortable doing so. About: I have experience with reactive dogs and understand they need to feel safe and redirected when they are in a heightened state. I try to meet pets and their parents where they are. I start my dog’s day with breakfast and potty break around 7 am. I like to walk my dog around noon on my lunch break and play with him. I’m off work around 5 pm and let the dog out for a potty break again after feeding him dinner. I have a fenced yard and a medium sized dog to keep your dog company. I also have a large crate if your pet requires their own space.

“Allen has been the best caretaker for my Mini-Aussie, Mikka! We had a very thorough meet-and-greet for all questions and to meet his beautiful pup, Kaya. Mikka has spent the day with them 2 times now while I go to work and Mikka is now "a regular" every week. She has developed few anxiety issues during the pandemic and can be a bit reactive around other dogs, so I've been very hesitant about doggy day care in any other capacity, but Allen has listened to my concerns and been extremely careful with keeping an eye on her or introducing her to any other dog he's watching or who is using the magical little private gated dog park behind his house. He's been super helpful in correcting some of her behavior issues (like a very loud persistent bark that has made me crazy!), sends photos and updates frequently, and is very quick to communicate even in between stays. I'm so relieved my anxious dog is getting playtime and has such good care that I can trust every Tuesday, and she's making new dog friends finally. Thank you, Allen!”

About: I have been around dogs my whole life! My mother was a dog breeder, meaning I have experience with puppies! I can’t remember a time when we didn’t have a dog in the house growing up, wasn’t till recently that I haven’t had a pet in the home. I’m a single mom to an animal loving 3 year old, who would be my little helper. I currently work in the medical field meaning I’m comfortable administering all kind of medications, whether that be topical, oral, or injectable medications. I have done pet sitting in the past, I have taken care of many kinds of animals, dogs, cats, horses, livestock, you name it I’ve probably taken care of it! I currently work full time, but I am home on evening and weekends, so I’m home starting Friday night to Sunday night to take your pup out as often as possible. During the week I am gone typically 12-14 hours a day, but if your pup is use to that I can make it work to let them out in the morning and then rush back to let them out once I’m home. I live in a duplex with a small fence in area that I can do quick potty breaks and then live close to walking trails for longer outside times. I have a 3 year old daughter who loves to play with animals. I also love close to parks that I can take dogs to if owner is comfortable with me transporting them. I also live close to my sister who has an active dog who loves friends to play with so that is an option if you have a high energy dog that likes friends.

“Tommy was great with Jolene! Before I left her at his place for daycare, we had a meet and greet in the park with his dog Omar and they got along great! Tommy was also very communicative and flexible when my plans changed and I had to move my daycare date around. He was also helpful making sure she got out during the day for a walk and fed her dinner before I picked her up. You can tell he is a real dog lover and dogs love him in return! I'll definitely be using Tommy again and would recommend him if you are looking for someone to take care of your pups.”
