Mary was incredible providing updates and pictures of my dog during both her drop in visit as well as boarding at her place. She also appreciated and followed the specifics in the care instructions I provided ahead of time. I'm very attached to my pup, and I came away from my experience with Mary knowing he was well loved and well taken care. Really awesome.
Max went above and beyond for KitKat! Thank you so much for accepting a last minute reservation and sending an abundance of kitty photos while we were gone. KitKat seemed relaxed and renewed and i think he had a great time with his new friend! 100/10 would book again.
Briana did a great job keeping our cat calm and fed, as the poor thing was living in a house that was slowly being emptied out while we were moving. She was a great communicator, and also very honest in helping me navigate the app so I would not double-book and such. I will definitely be looking for her again when it is time for Trillian to get some care.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
