I’m starting to feel like a broken record - Kateri rules! Even my cousin (who sometimes coordinated with Kateri to also drop in on Echo while we traveled abroad) noticed her extra care and attention to Echo’s wellbeing. As a pup papa, I know I can trust Kateri to watch over my elder pup.
Jenny was wonderful and I’m very grateful she was able to step in on short notice. She was incredibly responsive and flexible, including making time to meet Momo before I left so we could go through his routine and everything she’d need during the visits. I really appreciated her attention to detail, especially in the visit cards and updates, and it was reassuring to know Momo was being well cared for while I was away. He seemed to like her too! She was kind, reliable, communicative, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend her and would be very happy to book with her again whenever she’s available.
Clara was incredibly helpful! Very quick, clear, and prompt communication throughout the whole visit. We had a situation where we needed to book one day at a time as we were unsure the length of stay, and Clara was very patient and generous with her time. She went way above expectations in her care and we are extremely grateful. HIGHLY recommend! And will certainly book again
