About: Owner of English Lab for 5.5 years and she is my World. Got her at 3 months. Life Changer. She makes everyone around her (me included) feel like the most important person in the World. I also grew up with an American Lab which I cared and loved for, for 13yrs. My family got her when she was just a puppy at a year old (I was 13) and she lived to be 13yrs when she passed (I was 26). She is the reason I started to really love dogs. I’ve also volunteered at the Oregon Humane Society quite a bit over the past 5yrs That has been a very rewarding experience. I currently work Fridays-Mondays in the medical field and have a lot of free time on my days off. I usually take Millie, my Lab, for a 2hr walk in the surrounding neighborhoods and try to get her down to the river once a week to swim. It’s by far her favorite activity and she’s a master swimmer. I live in an apartment with my dog and care for her like a child. Because let’s be honest. She is a child. She gets whatever she needs and so will every dog I care for on a daily basis.

About: I have a very anxious dog that I care for daily, which has made me super flexible with different types of pets and their needs. I have a very open schedule and have the ability to pet sit for long periods of time. I am available for both morning and night meal times or just a mid day check in. I am also free to walk dogs throughout the day! I’m very attentive to pet needs making sure water is available at all times as well as providing food when appropriate. I will make sure to keep the environment safe by locking doors, keeping fences closed, and making sure your pet remains safe and happy! I love spending time with animals and would love to get to know your pets.

About: My most recent dog care experience is from my Kennel Technician job and my volunteer work at One Tail At A Time in Portland. I’ve gained experience safely handling dogs with different personalities, monitoring behavior, and helping maintain a clean and safe environment for both animals and people. I also completed Dog and Cat First Aid Training through American Red Cross. My schedule can vary week to week but I will always be available for bookings on Sundays. I have a part-time job that dictates my schedule until September. Each week on Friday new shifts are assigned to me for the following week. I will always update my schedule here on Rover each Friday to reflect those changes. I will send consistent updates, photos, and stick closely to your pet's routine so they feel safe and comfortable.
