Ratings and reviews
Cailen was great with walking my dog Clem! During our meet and greet she took notes about Clem, and asked questions to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Cailen provided us daily updates about how walks went, including photos, and communicated with us about anything that needed our attention. We really appreciated her help and communication!
Cailen was wonderful! From the start, she was professional, attentive, and took detailed notes as we talked through the needs and routine of our 10-year-old Shih Tzu. We felt completely confident leaving her in Cailen’s care. While we were away, she kept us updated with thoughtful notes about their day and lots of fun pictures, which we really appreciated. It was clear that Cailen was attentive to her needs and genuinely enjoyed spending time with her. Cailen is a gem, and we would absolutely trust her with our pup again. We hope to use her services many times in the future!
Shes always makes momo feel safe and at home!
Cailen was so accommodating and took great care of our babies when we needed to board them quite last minute. She is so kind and attentive, it’s comforting to know my girls were in such great hands!
Cailen has been a wonderful petsitter for my two cats, Frosty and Joey. She spent a half hour with them twice a day and sent descriptions and pictures at each visit. I was impressed by how she engaged the felines and how wonderful her descriptions and photos were. She also left the pet areas very clean. I highly recommend Cailen.
Super communicative, would have my cat stay again!

Schedule
I'm currently taking a year-long sabbatical from a stressful job and training to hike the PCT, so I am available for your pet at almost all hours of the day! I typically hike a few times a week and may be gone for 4-8hrs, but this is flexible as your pets' schedule demands. My husband also works from home and can provide some extra attention and play.

Safety, trust & environment
I'm a big fan of drop in and walks! I think staying in their own home is much less stressful for your pet. I am happy to offer a 15% discount if you book multiple drop ins per day (please inquire!). Currently, I am only boarding cats, as I have two cats of my own and occasionally foster. All guest kitties are kept separate.

A typical day
I am privileged to live near both Laurelhurst park and Mount Tabor. I love walking in these areas because they are busy and have a lot of different paths, so every walk can be a new experience. I also like to scope out public patches of English ivy to make into baskets (boo invasive species!)
