Pet care experience
For the last 13 years I have been proud to serve people and their pets personally and professionally! I spent seven years as a veterinarian technician and have a skillset ranging from wellness care, to emergency and even specialized medicine. To make more of a difference in our community, I made the leap from medicine to animal welfare and began developing programming and resources to help pet owners in crisis keep their pets for shelters in both Pierce and Kitsap Counties in Washington. I have just relocated to Portland to work for Oregon Humane Society! I have truly devoted my life to animals in all ways which is why I still enjoy pet sitting in my free time. Every animal is an individual and I take great joy in being a small part of your pet’s life! I lead with honesty, compassion and always a sense of humor! I share my home with my two fur girls, Gertrude, a Standard Poodle and Prudence, a foster kitten who never left! I can't wait to meet your pet!
