“Kayla took care of our cat for a week! She gave us so many pictures and a paragraph update daily! Defiantly eased the travel without the pet anxiety! Thank you Kayla!!”

About: With 5 cats & 2 dogs of my own, all ranging in age, personality, and care needs, I know how to meet an animal where they’re at. Meeting my animals with love and respect has resulted in a relationship built on unshakeable trust that can easily be recreated with your pet any time it’s needed! I love working with all kinds of animals and getting to know them for their personality and quirks. I’m currently home for the summer from college, so I have more than enough time to hangout with and take care of your animals! Given enough time and notice, any time will work for me! Whatever schedule or necessities your animal needs I’m able to recreate with proper instructions. My animals are used to a schedule so I have no issues following one, whatever works for you will work for me!
“Natalie watched our cat while we were out of town for a week. Her communication was excellent and the daily photos were appreciated. Would definitely recommend her.”

About: I have a very anxious dog that I care for daily, which has made me super flexible with different types of pets and their needs. I have a very open schedule and have the ability to pet sit for long periods of time. I am available for both morning and night meal times or just a mid day check in. I am also free to walk dogs throughout the day! I’m very attentive to pet needs making sure water is available at all times as well as providing food when appropriate. I will make sure to keep the environment safe by locking doors, keeping fences closed, and making sure your pet remains safe and happy! I love spending time with animals and would love to get to know your pets.

“Kate was so easy to communicate with and took great care of my kitty! Loved getting photos while i was away! She was professional, organized and friendly and I came home to a happy kitty! Highly recommend!”

“Raven took it slow with Molly on her first visit, gave Molly time to smell things out and wander around the house with her there. Within a short period of time, Molly was all kisses and cuddles with Raven, even got her out for a walk on the first visit. Raven is so patient and calm with hesitant/nervous dogs. She's a bit of a dog whisperer. Molly loves you Raven, looking forward to the next visit 😍”

“Courtney was so thorough, informative, timely, and caring with our two goldendoodles. We felt very at ease knowing they were in such good care while we were away. Thanks Courtney!!!”

“Tayla was fantastic with two shy kitties! She was punctual with daily check-ins and sent updates with plenty of photos to ease my worry. Both cats were happy and well cared for. Tayla was thoughtful with her care and even suggested separate feedings to ensure Oona didn’t go hungry. We hope to rebook with Tayla for our next trip!”

About: Owner of English Lab for 5.5 years and she is my World. Got her at 3 months. Life Changer. She makes everyone around her (me included) feel like the most important person in the World. I also grew up with an American Lab which I cared and loved for, for 13yrs. My family got her when she was just a puppy at a year old (I was 13) and she lived to be 13yrs when she passed (I was 26). She is the reason I started to really love dogs. I’ve also volunteered at the Oregon Humane Society quite a bit over the past 5yrs That has been a very rewarding experience. I currently work Fridays-Mondays in the medical field and have a lot of free time on my days off. I usually take Millie, my Lab, for a 2hr walk in the surrounding neighborhoods and try to get her down to the river once a week to swim. It’s by far her favorite activity and she’s a master swimmer. I live in an apartment with my dog and care for her like a child. Because let’s be honest. She is a child. She gets whatever she needs and so will every dog I care for on a daily basis.

“I’ve used Karly now three times as my cat-sitter while away to take care of my two cats, and just recently, for two weeks while out of the country. She’s great!! She makes sure my two babies are well taken care of - she’s gotten to know both of their personalities and tends to both of their needs (one’s playfulness and the other’s snuggles/pets)! She goes above and beyond and also considers me and the house while gone out of the country (by taking out the trash on trash day for example). She’s also a great communicator and I feel at ease trusting her to take care of both my cats and my home while away!”

“Chris was the absolute best! The dogs loved him and can't wait for him to visit again. He kept us very well informed - we felt very well taken care of too. We are very thankful to him for saving our Thanksgiving trip.”

“Christopher continues to be my most reliable catsitter. He is communicative, thoughtful, and problem-solving (when my cat seemed anxious, he deduced the likely source and took care of it). I would highly recommend him.”

“Brenna did an incredible job of checking in on my 2 cats while I was away for a week! She took lovely photos and I appreciated the thoroughness of her updates. I would highly recommend her as a cat sitter and would absolutely book her to watch my cats again!”

“Albany did a great job caring for our two dogs! We had something come up last minute, and Albany was very helpful and responsive. We’d love to have Albany do drop in visits again. If you’re looking for a good sitter, look no further than Albany!”

“Molly did an excellent job watching our guinea pigs. She was respectful of property and did a Meet N Greet prior to booking to ensure there were no issues. I felt comfortable leaving my pets with her. She sent photo updates and kept them from bickering with each other which can happen around dinnertime.”

“Briana took amazing care of my two cats. She was clean, responsive, communicative, and sent tons of pictures and updates. I could tell my cats we’re comfy with her after the first two visits. She also stepped in last minute when I wasn’t able to get home as planned, which was such a huge help. I’m so grateful for her reliability and kindness, and I would absolutely book with her again! 12/10!”

“Trace did a wonderful job taking care of my two cats. She was always professional and let me know how each visit went. My mind was at ease knowing the boys were being well taken care of. When I returned home my boys came out looking relaxed and it’s definitely a sign they were kept happy.”

Irvington pet parents share their Rover experiences
Tayla was great with my cat and dog they really liked her from the start and were happy to be left alone with her. She gave lots of photo updates and gave really detailed report cards for each visit so I could know how they were doing. She even made sure my pets stayed in a cool place during hot weather. I would highly recommend tayla to anyone looking for a pet sitter she was fantastic

Abeni was the perfect cat sitter. Sent videos and photos of my cat. Fed him and cleaned his book and cleaned up afterwards. Everything was exactly what you would hope for. But even more than all that, it felt really clear to me that she was a great presence for our cat while gone. She was very loving and attentive and I fully trusted our cat to be well looked after and loved while I was gone. There's really nothing at all she could have done to improve. Excellent sitter. You can travel knowing that your animal is well taken care of.

Laura has been incredible!! When I went back to work in office I was so worried about our pets being home and she’s taken amazing care of our dog each week with walks and now our kitty when we go out of town. Super responsible and genuinely loves animals. Highly recommend!

John took care of everything we discussed perfectly. He was friendly and we're convinced our kitties were happier upon our return from our trip than other times. We appreciate his willingness to give the cats the love and care they needed while we were gone.
