About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes. I previously worked in the medical field as a Medical Assistant in Urgent Care and Dermatology. I’ve been trusted by family, friends, and neighbors since I was 10 to provide safe, reliable, and loving care. I love all dogs, but my heart is fond for rescues. I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds - various ages, abilities, and sizes. I grew up with labs who have lots of energy, but I love a pup who enjoys to snuggle and receive back rubs. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays, I treat every dog with compassion and prioritize their comfort, routine, and happiness. ✨ Serving the SW Portland area- located in Multnomah Village but I’m willing to travel ✨ Flexible scheduling ✨ Reliable & attentive care I’m looking forward to meeting your adorable pups! I’m currently pet sitting full time, so I can be flexible to meet your pet’s needs day or night. I’m even available on short notice. I have a flexible schedule for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. I can accommodate morning, midday, and afternoon visits. I am willing to work with your schedule 😊 Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take time to understand your dog’s routine, behavior, and any specific needs to ensure consistency while you’re away. In your home, I’m respectful of your space, keep things clean and organized, and follow all instructions carefully. I’m attentive on walks, aware of surroundings, and always prioritize safe handling. You can expect regular updates and photos so you feel confident your pet is in good hands. American Red Cross Cat and Dog First Aid Certified.
“Raven took it slow with Molly on her first visit, gave Molly time to smell things out and wander around the house with her there. Within a short period of time, Molly was all kisses and cuddles with Raven, even got her out for a walk on the first visit. Raven is so patient and calm with hesitant/nervous dogs. She's a bit of a dog whisperer. Molly loves you Raven, looking forward to the next visit 😍”

“J Does a great job with my pup and yesterday was super helpful because she drilled him on his commands and helped get some kongs prepped. J is reliable and communicates well.”

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’ve never let myself go without having a dog. For over 25 years I’ve cared for pets of all ages, breeds, and temperaments - puppies through seniors, anxious rescues, and high-energy dogs. Your animal is part of my family while they’re here, not just a guest and I genuinely enjoy having more dogs around, as does my dog! I’m in SW Portland with my Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Layla, and I provide you with updates so you can actually relax while you’re away. I work mostly from home, which means plenty of outdoor breaks and consistent supervision throughout the day. My Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Layla, is two years old, easygoing, and great with all sizes — she just loves having a friend around. My kids (10 and 14) are here half the time and are natural animal lovers, so your pet will have no shortage of company and attention. Every pet deserves to feel safe and at home while their family is away, and that’s what I’m here to provide. I’d love to care for yours.
“Tayla was amazing! She left detailed notes after each visit with tons of pictures. She was flexible, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. My cat can be timid around strangers at times but went up to Tayla immediately. I’d be happy to book her again :)”

“Lucinda is the only person that my dogs haven't barked at or been fearful of. I've had them for 10 years, and they even bark at me when I come home. They were totally calm when she came to feed them. It really helped my travel anxiety.”

“Adeline was amazing with our 7 month old Havanese! We can’t wait to use her services again. She has such a calm demeanor and is so kind. You can tell that she really loves caring for your fur babies. Do not pass up the services that Adeline provides, we are thrilled that we found her!”

“Kathy went above and beyond to care for Saydee. We’re so grateful and 100% would recommend Kathy to anyone looking for attentive care for their pet. Saydee enjoyed a very comfortable stay at her house and we were worry-free knowing that she was really well looked after.”

“Marianne was the perfect kitten sitter for our babies. Our first trip out of town was pretty nervewracking, but Marianne was incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and eager to play and entertain them. We were very grateful to have her watch over our boys, and will def use her services again!”

“So grateful Matthew could help watch my place while I was gone. He was conscientious about sending me pics and updates and my neighbor enjoyed his conversation.”

“Ann is reliable and responsive! She’s on top of the cat care and always sends a cute photo that reassures me my kitties are well taken care of.”
About: At home, I have two dogs. A shih-tzu, toy-poodle mix, named Auggie, as well as a Bernese Mountain dog, Zoey. These two could not be more different from each other, and yet we make it work! With Auggie and Zoey, I've been able to experience caring for dogs big and small, learning about their differences, their needs, and what keeps them happy. I've also been able to teach them several tricks (always a fun pastime), including using a bell to let me know they want to go outside. My family got them both as puppies, so I also have experience learning to potty train, crate train, and walk on a leash. Teaching a puppy can be difficult, but so much fun. I'd love to take care of your dog(s), and you might come home to them knowing something new! I'm currently home from college for the summer, taking extra classes online, so I will have plenty of time to devote to your furry loved ones! I'm available during the week and weekends, for overnight house-sitting or daily drop-ins. Your pets will not be staying at mine; however, while in your home, I will follow all instructions, take care of the space, and leave it clean. I will send photos daily, if not several times throughout the day, and let you know of any issues or questions the minute they arise. Your pets will have so much attention and care given to them, as well as your home, as I am a guest in the space.
“Paisley takes amazing care of our three cats, is easy to coordinate with, and always sends us many photos during their visits. Paisley - Thank you for the adorable Polaroids of the meows! 🙂”

“Susan was great! She was very communicative and kept us informed with how our cats were doing, sending pictures, videos, and text updates. She was even nice enough to clean up when one of our cats made a mess. We are 100% planning to ask her to pet sit next time too.”

Hillsdale pet parents share their Rover experiences
Kerensa is always so good with all of my pets. She is a natural and my dogs have had issues with anxiety, illnesses, end of life care and she has always been able to work with them to make sure they got what they needed and was so flexible with those needs. I am so grateful and appreciative of having found Kerensa!
Pretzel is usually a little wary of new people coming into our home, but with Catherine, things seemed to click instantly, which says a lot! We really appreciated the pictures and communication throughout. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to booking with Catherine again!
