About: Hello, I have over 14 years of experience with dogs, cats and birds. Most of my work has been with dogs who have disabilities such as dementia, arthritis etc. I work remotely full time allowing me to spend all day with my fluffy friends. About: Having grown up on a 20 acre farm for most of my life, I have cared for all shapes and sizes of animals - from horses to snakes, and everything in between! When I moved into an apartment for college, I missed the "dog energy" in our household and set to volunteering hundreds of hours at the Humane Society, which also included basic training skills and walking the most aggressive 100+lb leash pullers. This later evolved into working at a veterinary clinic where I was trained to monitor recovering animals and administer medications safely and with as little stress as possible through Fear Free certification. Animal body language is my second language! “Damon was so attentive to my dogs and their needs. He asked lots of questions at our meet and greet to ensure he could care for my boys in the best way possible. He sent lots of pictures and updates while my pups stayed with him. My boys came home happy and exhausted. We look forward to booking with Damon again in the future!”
