Friend of animals big and small!
I’ve had animals of all kinds throughout my life and have several years of volunteering, fostering, and pet sitting under my belt. I love taking long walks and would be so happy to have a dog friend to accompany me. I’ve cared for cats and dogs young and old, and also have experience with rodents, reptiles, horses, and birds. I am interested in animal behavior, and I think that translates well into building trust with the pets I care for. Dogs seem to warm up to me quickly and I put effort into learning each dog’s unique personality and needs. I enjoy teaching dogs commands and love seeing their eyes light up with understanding as they connect a command with a behavior. I am a recent college grad currently working from home, so my schedule is flexible and I’m usually available at short notice. I studied psychology and found myself drawn to animal psychology and behavior. Rover has been a great experience for me and I deeply appreciate the time I get to spend with the pets that are entrusted in my care.

Schedule
I’m currently working from home and have lots of flexibility to take care of your pet. Week days work best for me, but I may be available during the weekend as well.

- Let me know about any important behaviors to be aware of with your pet, especially if you have a dog that is aggressive around other dogs or strangers. I want to reduce your pet’s stress as much as possible; knowing unique details helps both me and your pet feel confident and safe.
