They are fantastic. Even when my dog is a little unsure they are very kind and take it at his pace. It's fantastic having a person that can form a connection with my furry child so that both the human and the animal feel safe and happy together. I love the effort that she puts in. It shows so much.
Caitlin is a wonderful sitter and friend to our cats. She meets them where they are with their personality and temperament: one of our cats is very shy and the other is very outgoing. She is great with both, giving shy boy Archie his space while also checking on him and ensuring he is getting food, but then playing with and snuggling with our outgoing girl Penny. We feel very secure knowing our fur babies are in her hands.
Peter C. was completely amazing. I had a friend who was dealing with repeated hospitalizations and needed someone to come in and help give his cat medications for a few days; Peter was able to come in on very short notice and help us out for close to a week. While I wasn't personally present, my friend was very happy with them and said they were very good with his shy, elderly cat. It was a huge help for both of us, and I couldn't be more grateful. Would definitely hire again.
Our 3 cats received the best care from Nao on our 9-day trip away from home. Nao kept their food/water topped off, litter box scooped, wiped up a few hairball/accidents, and played with them during 60 minute visits to our home. My wife and I enjoyed the report cards each day and the many pictures! We would trust Nao to watch our babies again!
