“Monday took great care of our beagle, Luka! Sent updates and pics. Luka has separation anxiety so it’s important we find a Dogsitter who is patient and understanding. We highly recommend Monday!”

“Scott provided excellent care for our two dogs, two chickens, and our home. He provided clear and timely communication. We felt like we left everything in goods hand when we were away. Thank you Scott!”

“We reached out to Lucinda for a very last minute request and she was able to graciously accommodate us. She was wonderful to work with and sent photos and updates that made it known our fur babies were very well cared for. We would absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend her!”

“Madz was great with my pets! I received multiple photo updates each day and the pets warmed up to Madz quickly. One of my dogs needed medications while I was away and I was a bit nervous about it, but Madz was able to administer without any issues. Happy to book with them again!”

“Kai was absolutely wonderful. He gave constant updates and I felt really reassured that the dogs were having a great time with him. I would highly recommend him and I believe he’s very reliable.”

“I had such a great experience with Raven! She took amazing care of my schnoodle during an overnight stay. She was very attentive, thoughtful, and clearly experienced with dogs. She made sure he got plenty of walks and kept me updated with lots of photos, which I really appreciated. Communication was easy and responsive from start to finish, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. I would absolutely hire her again next time without hesitation!”

“Our dog Harley is leash reactive, so we always think about that before getting a dog sitter for her. We’ve booked Chardonay multiple times, and we feel so comfortable leaving our dog Harley with her!”

“Brittany did a great job house sitting for our dog over a long weekend. We came home to a happy and tired pup, and Brittany sent lots of photos of all their adventures while we were gone!”

“Shannon was great with our 5-month-old Border Collie puppies for a 3-day house/dog sit. They are a handful, and both dogs and house were in great shape, upon our return. Shannon is punctual and a solid communicator. Highly recommended.”

“Second time having Déy stay with my shy senior cat Norman! I appreciate their patient approach with him and excellent care of my home, as well as being in daily communication with me. Recommended!”

“River was great! Very communicative and happy to send pictures/updates throughout. She generously accommodated some scheduling snafus between us, and additionally was happy to come meet him before the trip to ease into things. Importantly, she was happy to ask questions as needed. Our dog requires patience and exhibits some odd (charming) traits, and she was happy to learn how to accommodate a dog like that and get to know and meet his needs. While our dog was happy to see us, he wasn't overly relieved we were back, either :)”

“Sparkle was AMAZING 🤩. We felt so safe leaving our cat and our dog who has never been away from me before and has a myriad of health issues in their care. We were updated with photos and came back to relaxed pets and a clean home. Would rehire Sparkle in the future in a heartbeat.”

“Ashanay was fantastic with Cujo! I came back to a happy pup and a tidy apt. Highly recommend working with her and I already have her booked for another round of housesitting, thank you Ashanay!”

“Ann took wonderful care of our dogs and home. She is an excellent communicator and is clearly an experienced, competent dog sitter. We definitely plan to book future stays with her!”

About: I provide calm, attentive care shaped around each dog’s temperament, routine, and energy level. I’m especially comfortable with dogs who benefit from extra movement and outdoor time, whether that means neighborhood walks, time at Sellwood Riverfront, Elk Rock hikes, Mt. I aim for a balanced routine that keeps dogs engaged, comfortable, and well cared for.
“We recently hired Kay to petsit overnight in our home for 8 days while we were out of state for business and vacation. She did an absolutely fantastic job taking care of our 2 dogs, a younger male Samoyed and a senior, special needs female Siberian Husky, 2 senior male cats, and 4 male cockatiel birds. Our Siberian Husky also required the administration of daily oral medications. Kay kept in daily communication with us regarding the status of our dogs, cats, and birds, sent us daily photos of our pets, and promptly responded to any of our questions, concerns, or inquiries. Our pets appeared calm, relaxed, and happy in the photos Kay sent to us. Kay also went above and beyond her petsitting duties by bringing in several large packages that were delivered to our home, coordinating access to our home for an outside service vendor, and leaving our house in a clean and orderly manner upon our return. Kay was a pleasure to work with, is responsible and mature, takes her responsibilities seriously, and exudes a true love, joy, and compassion for taking care of animals. Kay definitely put our minds at ease while we were on our trip knowing that our fur and feather babies were getting lots of attention and excellent care during our absence. We would not hesitate to hire Kay again in the future should the need arise. We highly recommend Kay's services to other pet parents. Thank you so much Kay!”

“Michael was wonderful with our two senior dogs. He kept in constant communication with us and sent us lots of videos and pics. He took great care of our house as well. We hope to work with him again!”

“Helen is so sweet and trustworthy! Our pup had never stayed with anyone before, so we were anxious but she immediately put our mind at ease. Our house looks cleaner than we left it and our pup looks happy. We’re so grateful! Thank you so much Helen!!”

“Skyler was great! Did an amazing job taking care of our pups and keeping the house in one piece. Communication was on point, sending updates each day. Would definitely rebook in the future. Highly recommended!”

Hosford pet parents share their Rover experiences
Elizabeth really went above and beyond caring for our pack of three dos and one cat. After the in-depth meet-and-greet, we felt completely comfortable going on our trip and leaving them in her capable hands. The communication was excellent throughout and she sent thorough updates and lots of pictures. When issues arose, she checked in with me and took care of them like I would have. Our house was left clean and organized and all our pets were happy and obviously well cared for upon our return. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wouldn’t hesitate to have her back or recommend her to others.

Kayla is a gem! She took excellent care of our dog Joni, left the house in great shape, and was very communicative throughout. Her daily updates let us know we had left our pup in good hands - and she even helped water our garden beds while we were away. We are very grateful to have found her!

Nieve spend 3 weeks in our home and our pups had a great time bonding with a new friend. Nieve was very communicative, always sent pictures, and kept our home just as we left it. Even offered to wate our plants without us asking beforehand. Would highly recommend for in-home boarding!

We had Val stay at our house while pet sitting our 2 cats and dog. She was super clean and left the place immaculate. She was fantastic at managing our pets’ needs including some medication administrations and dealing with some temporary digestive issues in our dog while we were gone. She gave us regular photo updates, but otherwise left us to enjoy our vacation. Our pets loved her! Would absolutely book again in the future.

My wife and I were visiting the Oregon coast and needed a sitter just for the day. I had searched and reached out to a lot of people to try and accommodate our needs. Luckily Alyssa and Max were in the area sitting another pup literally just up the road. We had set up a meet and greet and my dogs knew right away they were a great fit. We were so glad to have found them. At the end of the dog sit they even provided a little report card telling us how everything went, super cute. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

This is our second time booking with Nao and she has been amazing with our dogs! They love her! Nap is always quick with communication and sends great status reports through her stay. Nao has become our first person to check with if we need a sitter and she should be yours too!

Bonnie has watched our dogs and our home twice now and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provides! She even offered to do a second meet and greet to make sure she didn’t miss any details on our dogs unique diets. Our girls are small but they are leash reactive and Bonnie handles them! Thank you for being awesome, Bonnie!
