I truly couldn’t be happier with Kirby, she took great care of our high-energy Aussie Oliver while we were out of town for 4 days. Kirby was very easy to communicate with before we left about Oliver’s routine and the instructions for the house. She was also a great communicator while we were gone, sending us photos and updates on how they were doing but not too much. Kirby also took great care of our house, it was spotless when we arrived back at home. There is not a single thing I would ask her to change in the future. And thank goodness we went with Sparkle because one of our dogs had 5 seizures in one day when we were away! We were freaking out and called sparkle and were met with the most calm demeanor. Sparkle handled all of his seizures with care, made sure to update us immediately, and following his care instructions perfectly. Sparkle even made sure my other two dogs were comforted during the whole ordeal. I don’t trust my dogs with everyone but I trust Sparkle the most to do everything to keep my babies safe.
