“Wow! Lisa stayed at our home and watched our GSP Denali over the weekend, and words can’t describe how happy we are! Lisa kept us informed, send us pictures, but more importantly took care of our pup with such love! Thank you Lisa for being such a good home and fur baby caretaker. If we ever need Rover services again, we will absolutely be booking Lisa! THANK YOU!”

“Lillian was terrific with my pup. He was even recently neutered and required special attention and Lillian was able to accommodate us. I was very thankful!”

“Stephanie is fantastic. She showed up early, took great care of the pups, and sent plenty of photos and updates. I highly recommend her and look forward to hiring her again.”

“It was so great to come home and see the cats and everything else had been so well taken care of. The communication with Melissa was great throughout our 18 days away. We especially loved Melissa's appreciations for each of our girls' uniqueness and personality. Melissa obviously is able to adapt to the situation she is in and make it a good experience for pets of all kinds. We look forward to engaging Melissa. again.”

“Animals were super happy with Shannon! Our cat doesn't warm up quickly to new people, but he was immediately very social during Shannon's stay, and came home to happy pets. Thanks Shannon!”

“We’re so grateful for the excellent care Jess provided to our dog, the photos and updates while we were away, and her thoughtful attention to detail. Highly recommend, and hope to have her back again!”

“Alex was super flexible and understanding. He really took good care of my elderly kitty under the constraints of my old house under construction...and watered my 3 gardens during the hottest part of summer...everything was alive & well on my return...including miss picky eater kitty.”
“Analyss is amazing! We were in a pinch and needed a sitter for our pup Juniper - who can be a little anxious on her own. Analyss saved the day! Very communicative, chill and super sweet with our pup. We loved our updates, and came home to a happy puppy! We will definitely be calling Analyss first when we need a sitter! Highly recommend!”

“Logan and her partner were amazing. Our dog had an impromptu surgery days before we left and they were able to help with his aftercare. They stayed in our home and left it cleaner than they found it! We are so grateful”

“James did an awesome job watching our two dogs while we were away for the weekend. He kept us updated, followed all our care notes, and the dogs absolutely loved him. We’d definitely book him again!”

“Peter really helped us out in a pinch! We were going out of town and Momo wasn’t able to go to her usual daycare, so Peter stayed with her in our home. This was her first experience staying at home without us and she was definitely anxious and skittish the first day. But Peter was very sweet and patient with her. He took things slowly in order to get Momo comfortable with him. He sent lots of updates and pictures, which really put us at ease. He took her on daily walks, played with her, made sure she took her medication, and took such good care of her. Momo was in great hands and we can’t recommend Peter enough!”

“Samantha was an excellent communicator and was amazing with my dog! She sent me many pictures throughout and I came home to a happy puppy and my place was perfect. Definitely will book again!”

“Marisa took great care of the fur babes while I was away. She communicates well, is reliable, and left the house in good condition. Hope that she is able to sit again in the future.”

About: Hello, I’m here to help care for your VIP! I recently said goodbye to my soul dog, Milo, and now my home and days are open to share with your pup—whether that’s long walks, gentle strolls, little adventures, or just cozy hangouts. My approach to pet care is rooted in connection and understanding. From my strong-willed, expressive mare to my sensitive and quirky Milo, I’ve learned to listen closely and respond with empathy and compassion. I’m especially good with shy or anxious dogs who need time to feel safe, as well as sharp pups who thrive with mental enrichment and engagement alongside exercise. Caring for Milo into his senior years also gave me hands-on experience with medications, special routines, and the gentle art of supporting aging pets. I recently started volunteering at the Oregon Humane Society, where I work with a variety of dogs and continue to deepen my understanding of canine body language, behavior, and personalities. DAY CARE: I can accommodate separation anxiety and other pups that need full day companionship depending on which days are needed. Let's chat! BOARDING & HOUSE SITTING: Although I work remotely which allows me to spend the majority of the day with your pup, I can only accommodate pups that can be left alone up to 3-4 hours as most afternoons I go to the barn to care for my mare 🐴 I work from home full-time, so my availability is flexible and generous throughout the day and week. At most I am away for 3-4 hours on the days I go to tend to my mare or walk the pups at OHS. My home has a fully fenced yard with plenty of grassy space for play, and I live in a quiet, walkable neighborhood just a few blocks from Pier Park. When your dog stays with me, they’ll have free rein of the house, lots of supervised backyard time, and a cozy bed in my office if they feel like being my work buddy. I do live with my husband who your pup might see in the mornings or occasionally midday for lunch, but no other people at the house while your pup is here for day care. If I’m caring for your pup at your home, I’m happy to set up a remote office and spend the day on their turf, keeping them company in their own space.
“My cat always has a great time with Lucinda! I’ve used her several times now and know that he is always in good hands. Lucinda is a true cat lover and will take great care of your little nugget!”

“Thanks again Heidi!! Heidi took great care of our Lab Sam and our daughter’s Maltipoo Bruce during the holidays. We were able to enjoy our vacation worry free knowing Heidi had things covered at home.”
Cathedral Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Provided care on short notice for our two dogs and two cats for over a week while my wife and I were away for our wedding. Care was exceptional, Logan provided continuous updates with pictures and was communicative and professional throughout. Followed all instructions and left the house spotless. Made our wedding completely stress free, would hire again in a heartbeat.

Carolanne watched our cat and dog for a weekend away trip. She was attentive and responsive, sending us daily updates on the animals and great about taking the dog to potty and feeding both animals. We will definitely be booking again with her in the future and I would recommend her to others!

Venus housesat our 2 dogs and cat for 12 days while we were on vacation and was simply amazing! She cooked treats, picked up prescriptions and provided endless walks and fun experiences for our babies! I’m so glad we found her and I’m relieved that we can take trips with the peace of mind knowing that our pets will be supremely well cared for when we’re away!
We trust Peter fully and seeing how our dog reacts with excitement every time she sees him arrive is all we need to know how well he cares for her while we are gone. He is a great communicator and so responsible, leaving our home in great shape and our dog happy and healthy. Thank you Peter!

Ellory came through on very short notice so that I could leave town to attend a memorial service. Obviously an emotionally taxing time, but I was able to relax and connect with family and friends knowing that Ellory was taking such great care of my two dogs and the house. I got plenty of photos and updates, and Ellory's communication before and during the stay was swift and thorough. When I returned, I found the dogs, house, and yard all doing well - if not better - than when I'd left. I'd 100% recommend Ellory!

Zooey was a fantastic sitter! She communicated well and kept us updated with photos throughout the stay. When the stay was complete, the house was left in fantastic condition too with it nearly cleaner than how we left it! Would certainly use Zooey again to watch our pup.

Shannon was incredible with both our cat and 4 1/2 month old puppy. Shannon was attentiveto both of them and it is clear from our return that they were well cared for. Would absolutely recommend Shannon, and I'm sure (if willing) we will use Shannon in the future.
