“Heather was amazing! Communication was timely and thorough. My two large dogs loved her and my cat is 19 years old and I think he did too. I don’t know if he knows what’s going on most of the time and typically just wanders the house looking for food, even after he just ate - I digress. She followed every request to the letter, was very kind and checked in regularly, even got some super cute photos. I’d giver her 6/5 stars if I could. I will be asking for her by name from now on. Highly recommend (except when we need her, then I don’t ;)~”

About: I've been surrounded by animals from before I was born. I grew up on a farm on Kauai, Hawaii. I worked as a veterinary assistant for nearly 10 years, volunteered with Guide Dogs for the Blind as a foster home, and I am always helping my friends and family with pet sitting and minor grooming(nail trims and baths). I'm starting this as a part-time job because it fits my schedule. I'm usually available for dog walking Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30am and 3:30pm. I am currently petless. Our beloved kitty(15 years old) passed last year and our family is not ready for another pet at the moment. I am happy to come to your house to take your dog for a walk in a neighborhood they are comfortable with, I often walk at Powell Butte, around my own neighborhood, and Salish ponds in Gresham. I'm happy to discuss other walks with you and anything else you'd like to know.

“Alice was so kind, and as soon as I met her I could tell she has a great heart and a caring spirit! She made the process of setting up a meet and greet totally smooth, and had me feeling confident and comfortable being away from my senior kitty. She followed instructions perfectly and handled things great, even though I had no cell service during the sitting so she had no way to ask questions if they came up. Her positivity and attentiveness were very appreciated--I wasn't worried about not having cell service at all! When I got home everything was as clean and orderly as I left it, and my cat was cozied up and content. I'm a bit of a neat freak so I particularly appreciate Alice leaving things so tidy!”
