We had a last minute challenge came up the day prior to our travel when one of our pups was diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed medication, and Kaeli had no issues with meeting the need to ensure appropriate care! She was an excellent communicator and gave us frequent updates. Not only that, but she is a wealth of knowledge and was able to suggest and provide some strategies for better managing our pup’s comfort. I would highly recommend her!”
