“Taylor got along great with our tricky, anxious dog, and our senior cat loved snuggling with her. My partner calls her “the dog whisperer.” She was very attentive to our instructions, asked for clarification when needed, requested a video of how to give the cat his medication the right way, and communicated with us regularly and shared lots of videos. Our elderly dog had a medical issue come up while we were gone, and she had the supplies and experience to get him into her car and to the emergency vet, then spent the whole afternoon and into the late night at the vet with him. She was very reassuring through a difficult time and it helped so much to be able to trust that he was in expert hands. We didn’t know how we could possibly take a vacation due to our pets’ high needs, and we’re so glad we found Taylor!! We returned to happy pets and a home that was just as we left it.”

As usual, Sequoia took such great care of our dog, Mabel, while we were out of town. Sequoia is communicative, sends updates and any concerns right away and makes sure Mabel gets her medicine every day. Mabel is not only high energy but an anxious little lady and it’s so comforting to know she is in excellent hands when we are gone. Thank you again!
Okay so this is my first time ever using Rover. I have used Wag or dropped my girls off at a daycare, but since we just moved to Portland, we didn’t have a set concrete daycare and Wag wasn’t offering me a sitter that fit their schedule. Looking on Rover, there was so many amazing sitters to choose from (especially last minute) but Iona fit with her availability. I cannot emphasize this enough, my girls are my children and Iona went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She took them to parks, she drove them to a lake/Broughton area, she gave them enrichment’s activities, and the list continues. My girls are a little crazy at points as well and she handled them with grace and poise. Ginger is a lot to handle at times, and she was the calmest I’ve ever seen her when I came back from my trip. Happy, healthy, and hectic girls, they loved her and we will be DEFINITELY using her in the future. She may look like she doesn’t have a lot of reviews, she’s new on this app, and trust me when I say just book with her. She was accommodating, kind, and patient from the start, you won’t be disappointed :)

Lauren was an amazing Rover sitter! She took wonderful care of our dog, and it was clear from the updates and photos that our pup was happy and comfortable the whole time. I feel so lucky to have found Noemi! She took the BEST care of my cats. Everyday, she sent pictures of them and they were doing all the things they love to do. She even brought them treats! When I got home, my apartment was so clean! Loved having Noemi as my cat sitter and will book her every time!
Fernando went above and beyond. This was the second time booking with Fernando. Two days into a nearly two week stay to watch our 3 pups while going abroad, Fernando reported my siberian began bleeding. it turned out she needed emergency surgery. He worked closely with me and the vets to get her the medical care she needed. it is so scary to be so far away and have your pup’s life on the line. the vet said that Fernando’s attentiveness and swift response was key to her positive outcome. He stepped in, drove her to the vets (emergency vet on other side of town), picked her up after hospitalization following surgery, administered medication, gave her all the love, and kept in close contact. by the time I got home, she was done wearing her cone and had finished her antibiotics and looked as happy as could be. I am eternally grateful. This is what you want. I returned to three happy healthy dogs, and a clean house. I can’t recommend Fernando and Drake enough.
I hate leaving a review because I want Jamie all for us! We’ve never had such a phenomenal dog and house sitter who takes such amazing care of our pets and our home. He lets us truly relax and enjoy vacation knowing everything at home is in the best hands. I couldn’t recommend him more.
