1. Marci U.
“Marci is the most gifted and kindest person with animals that I have ever met! I have known Marci for over 20 years and she has cared for, rescued, walked and loved animals of all species, breeds and sizes. I would not trust anyone more than her to take care of my dog and kitties when I am away. She is responsible, dependable and has a good heart. Her training and skill set in troublesome situations and emergencies is calm and her judgment is sound. You cannot go wrong choosing Marci to love your fur baby!”
2. Sam D.
“Sam was fantastic! He house sat for us for 8 nights and took care of 4 cats and 1 large dog. We got enough updates, photos and video to reassure us that the animals were all enjoying Sam's company and being well cared for. House was left tidy. Definitely would hire him again and highly recommend him. Thank you, Sam!!”
3. Rachel S.
“Rachel was wonderful! She was so sweet and compassionate to my sometimes crazy boy. I received daily check-ins/photos, she was communicative, and took great care of my apartment. I can tell that she truly loves animals and was always very kind to me as well. I highly recommend Rachel, your pets will be in good hands.”
4. Anthea F.
“All the wonderful comments about Anthea were validated in our first experience having her stay in our home to care for our aging kitty. Anthea took wonderful care of our girl, who is extremely timid and shy. Anthea gained trust to the point of being able to give her meds and provided thoughtful insight about her care. As others have noted, Anthea is extremely knowledgeable about pets (and many other things). Our home was left in pristine condition. As retirees who enjoy travelling, but are always concerned about leaving our precious girl by herself, Anthea was the perfect solution. We highly recommend Anthea for your pet care needs!”
5. Chloe F.
“Chloe was amazing! She was responsive, very nice and gentle with our little pup. She made sure she understood our puppy schedule and followed it well. Georgie woke up as happy as ever! Don't hesitate and book Chloe!”
6. David J.
“Once again, David was wonderful with our dogs. Maggie and Samo are always relaxed when we get home from a short stay away. David has a way with my rambunctious Samo and nervous Maggie that keeps them both calm. I always know they are in good hands with David.”
7. Paul O.
“Paul was an absolute dream of a puppy sitter for our little guy. He was extremely professional, kept in contact with updates, and was respectful of our home and specific request. We will be using Paul from now on!”
8. Imani B.
“Imani took such great care of our pups and kitty! We were so impressed with the level of care and attention she gave them, and are so grateful that they had a good friend and caretaker while we were gone. Would recommend Imani to anyone and would absolutely hire again!”
9. Alexander G.
“Alexander did an amazing job dog sitting our fur crew. The pups had a blast playing and walking. I always know they are in good hands with Alexander!”
10. Allie V.
“Our dog is a bit temperamental, but Allie kept him at ease and showed him lots of love! Her warm personality shined thru immediately. Our house and dog were in great hands. I would highly recommend hiring Allie for future dogs care.”
11. Brianna W.
“Daisy took such great care of our dog Maebe during a week long house sit! Lots of walks and attention and the house was in perfect condition. Made me feel good about Maebe’s needs being met as she has some separation anxiety, and we were traveling to the East Coast. I would book Daisy again! 5 stars! ✨”
12. Benji G.
“I've had some excellent Rover sitters before, but Benji is in a whole other league! They are so loving and communicative and thoughtful, and really well-attuned to the needs of animals and human companions alike. I highly recommend Benji for anxious and/or neurodivergent pet-lovers in particular--they totally, totally get it! My partner and I think of our kitties as our babies, and travel induces a lot of anxiety for us because we hate the idea of leaving the cats alone. Benji was the perfect antidote to our anxiety; they have a wonderful and reassuring presence, asked all the right questions during our meet-and-greet, and overcommunicated before and throughout our trip to reassure us they were present and reliable (but were also quick to tell us they could scale back on communication if we preferred). We also received lots of fun pics throughout Benji's stay and had the pleasure of viewing our kitties and home through another person's (very generous) eyes! When my partner and I returned home, the house was in better condition than we left it, and Benji even left some fun treasures and personal touches for us to enjoy. Most importantly, our kitties were happy, healthy, and in good spirits. They usually hide for a couple days after a big change, but this time they were back to their old cuddly, demanding routines within 30 seconds. I highly, highly recommend Benji. They are a special person with a big heart, and we feel grateful that we've found such a safe, comfortable companion for the kitties--and made a new human friend in the process. Thank you, Benji!”
13. Lillian H.
“Lillian was terrific with my pup. He was even recently neutered and required special attention and Lillian was able to accommodate us. I was very thankful!”
14. Chelsea Z.
“Chelsea was wonderful! She was easy to communicate with and sent pictures without my even asking for them. My cats were chill and happy when I got home, a sure sign that they had a good time, and Ruby even slept up on the bed with Chelsea one of the nights I was gone! High praise in this house. I'll be hiring Chelsea again no question.”
15. Charles S.
“So grateful Charles was available to watch my elder dogs while we were gone for a week! Both of them seemed to pretty quickly become comfortable with him, and the care he took with them was much appreciated. I would absolutely trust him to watch them again!”
16. Alyssa D.
“Alyssa was awesome! Super communicative, sent lots of pictures, and left the house in great shape. The pets felt super loved and were well taken care of. I would 100% recommend Alyssa to others!”
17. Shabnam B.
“Shabnam and Matt were wonderful!!! My dog needs medicine at odd hours, and they were able to help take care of her while I was out of town. My dog was very well cared for, as was my home where they stayed while I was away! Shab kept in touch with me regularly over text and also sent photos. She asked questions when needed and was a pleasure to work with (Matt was a pleasure, too!). I would highly recommend them for pet-sitting :)”
18. Alicia P.
“Alicia treated my dogs as if they were her own! I had such a great sitting experience. Great communication, she handled my dog with trigger issues super well, and kept me updated. I always get anxiety about my pups but didn’t feel that at all with this sit, I even extended my stay! I will 100% be booking with Alicia again as long as she’s sitting!!!!”
19. Feliz M.
“Feliz was amazing! Communication was great the entire time she stayed with my dog Millie. This was Millie’s first rover and she instant made friends with Feliz. I’d rebook with Feliz in a heartbeat!”
20. Frances M.
“Frances is the most responsible person I know. And that’s saying something because I’m much older and know a lot of people! She is prompt, detail-oriented, respectful, kind and thinks of every detail. Her love of pets and her penchant for responsibility makes her perfect for this gig!”
