I highly recommend Emily! I have a nervous pup who had never done in-house sitting before and Emily helped her feel positive and comfortable about the experience. The house was in great shape and everyone was in good spirits upon my return. It was a comfort to know both my cat and dog were diligently cared for while I was away.
Barbara is the BEST! I am a repeat customer and will continue to be as long as I can grab her! She helped me out in a pinch when I accidentally scheduled for the wrong night and she is so bright and intuitive regarding my dog needs. She responds promptly to all messages and ask wonderful questions about anything and everything. I love this as I am a very needy and worried dog, Mom when I am away.. Taylor took great care of our two dogs while we were away for a weekend. She sent lots of great updates of the pups and they loved her right away, and spent a good amount of time snuggling with her. I could tell from the updates that they were comfortable with her and not stressed that we were gone. They are very different dogs - one is a senior, one is high energy - and she balanced their care really well. We will absolutely be rebooking with Taylor next time we need a sitter!
Dorian was great and easy to work with. Very flexible about meet up times. He gave great updates with pictures and comments while we were away and left the house in good condition when we returned. Our pets all seemed calm and well cared for on our return, no post trip friction to work through. Bonus he even fixed an issue we had been having with our projector! Will definitely think of Dorian when it comes to our next trip.
This was our first time using Rover for an overnight stay while we traveled, and we had a lot of anxiety going into it. Scott made the entire experience incredibly smooth from beginning to end. He took the time to make sure our dogs were comfortable with him before we even booked, which meant so much to us, and his communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. Once the stay began, Scott truly went above and beyond not just caring for our dogs, but also taking great care of our home and yard. He sent regular photos and updates that gave us real peace of mind, and we really appreciated his honesty about how things were going, even when the dogs had accidents or were being a little difficult. We’re not frequent travelers, and our communication on our end wasn’t always the best during the trip, but Scott was incredibly understanding, supportive, and flexible the entire time. That meant more than we can say. We are beyond thankful for Scott and couldn’t recommend him more highly. Every great thing we read in his reviews turned out to be true and more. We will absolutely be using him again in the future!
We can’t recommend Emily enough! She came through for us same-day, which was a lifesaver, and took such great care of Oliver. She sent us so many updates throughout, which put my mind completely at ease. Emily was kind, understanding, and patient with all my anxious questions.
