Responsible cat sitter!
I am a mature, responsible, stable and dependable sitter in my late 50s. I own a house here in Portland so you can trust I will treat your home with respect while I am caring for your cats! I grew up with cats as our family pets and was responsible for feeding them, cleaning the litter boxes and playing with them. I have a particular love for cats and being with them make me very happy! I also have experience administering oral medication and inhalers.

My cats adore John, and they are very afraid of strangers. I would call John a Cat Whisperer. He is smart, responsible, and I have confidence my home and cats are in great hands, allowing me to relax while away.
In one day John charmed my two scaredy cats. :-) John kept in contact and sent several pictures. He also left my house sparkling clean. I will definitely use John in the future.
John did a great job taking care of my cats while I was away. He sent lots of photos, which was great for peace of mind. My cats are pretty nervous, especially with new people, and he got them out from under the bed and playing with him in no time. They were clearly happy when we got back from our trip.
John was great with our kitties. One is normally shy with new people, but he was comfortable with John during the first of his drop-ins. John is very communicative and kind. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him.
Yay John! We felt totally comfortable leaving our house for two weeks, knowing that the cats were in John’s care. He was an excellent communicator, did everything for the cats exactly as I had hoped, and left everything extremely clean. John is very thoughtful, and we will absolutely be rebooking with him! I highly recommend him to anyone who cares about their cats!
John did a great job with our cats. Both of them can get really anxious when we leave town and we came back to two happy cats!

Schedule
I am self employed and work a few hours a day so my schedule is fairly flexible. Available any day of the week as needed.

- Please let me know if your cat has any special requirements. Happy to accommodate what is required to keep your cat happy, healthy and safe!
