I truly couldn’t be happier with Kirby, she took great care of our high-energy Aussie Oliver while we were out of town for 4 days. He had lots of playtime and walks and we came home to a very happy dog with absolutely no anxiety. Kirby was very easy to communicate with before we left about Oliver’s routine and the instructions for the house. She was also a great communicator while we were gone, sending us photos and updates on how they were doing but not too much. Dorian stayed with our hound for 6 nights and it seems like they had a great time. Dorian was very communicative and asked great questions in preparing to stay for Gus. We really appreciated his thoroughness and keeping in touch with us. We hope he’ll stay with Gus again.
Okay so this is my first time ever using Rover. I have used Wag or dropped my girls off at a daycare, but since we just moved to Portland, we didn’t have a set concrete daycare and Wag wasn’t offering me a sitter that fit their schedule. Looking on Rover, there was so many amazing sitters to choose from (especially last minute) but Iona fit with her availability. I cannot emphasize this enough, my girls are my children and Iona went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She took them to parks, she drove them to a lake/Broughton area, she gave them enrichment’s activities, and the list continues. My girls are a little crazy at points as well and she handled them with grace and poise. Ginger is a lot to handle at times, and she was the calmest I’ve ever seen her when I came back from my trip. Happy, healthy, and hectic girls, they loved her and we will be DEFINITELY using her in the future. She may look like she doesn’t have a lot of reviews, she’s new on this app, and trust me when I say just book with her. She was accommodating, kind, and patient from the start, you won’t be disappointed :)

Kelsey was outstanding. We ended up rescuing a young dog (unplanned) right before a long trip (planned), and needed to change our dog care plans for our new 2-dog family. We reached out to Kelsey, and she quickly put us at ease that she would be a good fit. She ended up being more than we could ask for. She helped our new dog continue establishing his house-training and crate routine while ensuring our older dog was equally engaged. She sent us photos and updates daily. When we came home, the dogs were calm, and the house was spotless. I truly couldn't have asked for more.
We are so grateful to Jaycen for taking care of our pups. Whether dropping in to do an afternoon walk or staying at our house over several days, we always feel confident in the care for our dogs. We have a large older dog and a reactive younger dog, and both are on meds. No matter what, we know they are always happy and loved in Jaycen's care.
I feel so lucky to have found Noemi! She took the BEST care of my cats. Everyday, she sent pictures of them and they were doing all the things they love to do. She even brought them treats! When I got home, my apartment was so clean! Loved having Noemi as my cat sitter and will book her every time!
Fernando went above and beyond. This was the second time booking with Fernando. Two days into a nearly two week stay to watch our 3 pups while going abroad, Fernando reported my siberian began bleeding. it turned out she needed emergency surgery. He worked closely with me and the vets to get her the medical care she needed. it is so scary to be so far away and have your pup’s life on the line. the vet said that Fernando’s attentiveness and swift response was key to her positive outcome. He stepped in, drove her to the vets (emergency vet on other side of town), picked her up after hospitalization following surgery, administered medication, gave her all the love, and kept in close contact. by the time I got home, she was done wearing her cone and had finished her antibiotics and looked as happy as could be. I am eternally grateful. This is what you want. I returned to three happy healthy dogs, and a clean house. I can’t recommend Fernando and Drake enough.
