I could tell she genuinely cared about my dog and wanted Bailey to be as comfortable as possible. Kaylin sent a bunch of pictures during her drop-ins and Bailey looked so excited to see her! Even when things went wrong (slashed tires and power outages) Kaylin handled everything like such a pro, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
