About: Your dog(s) will be accompanied by my own two dogs, who I’ve raised from puppyhood, should you choose for them to stay at my home, with its spacious fenced back and front yard. Depending upon your dog’s needs, I’d be happy to take them to any of our off-leash areas with my dogs, take them for leash walks in my neighborhood, or just let them relax in my house and yard. I am available for drop-in appointments between 11am and 3pm. I do have experience dog sitting for friends, which was a wonderful experience that inspired me to get dogs of my own. However, I’m only starting out on Rover and don’t yet have many reviews. I encourage you to visit and acquaint your dog(s) with mine and their temporary home away from home. I’m not working a “regular job”, so am very flexible regarding time. Weekends work fine for me, and feel free to reach out at short notice. I have a detached house set back far from the sidewalk. It has CENTRAL AC - essential for the warmer months. A section of the front yard is fenced, and the backyard is large and fully fenced. The majority of the backyard is fully cedar chipped to control mud and dust. Your dog(s) should be okay with being left unattended for 4 hours. I have a gate to separate them from my dogs. I am a low volume boarder. For the time being, I’m only boarding two dogs max other than my own, and will only board dogs from separate families if I’ve already boarded all dogs at least once and judge them all to be dog-friendly.

Lillian is an absolutely stellar sitter, extremely detail-oriented and attentive. I felt very comfortable with my cats in their care :) each rover card sent in had cute and hilarious photos of my cats with details about how the sit went. My cats very clearly had an awesome time! Every direction was followed to a T and the apartment was left in great condition after the sit. I would absolutely hire Lillian again! ☺️
Marisa is phenomenal! My cats absolutely adored her and she treated them like they were her own. I like how well she communicated with me about my cats and sent pictures everyday. I’d definitely want her to watch my fur babies again and I highly recommend her. She’s such a sweetheart and a professional!
Arlene was the angel that came when I needed her. A week before traveling for Christmas, my cat developed a UTI and needed medication. My cat is standoffish and I was worried about someone giving her the antibiotics. Arlene was communicative and was able to get through most of the medication. Teetee was hiding most of the time, so it was no easy feat! She is now back to normal and doing great!
Marcus has watched my cats many times over the years. His photos and synopses are delightful and he is reliable, consistent, and communicative as well. Most importantly he clearly loves animals and has a knack for winning over the most skittish and confrontational. I was surprised to see the first day photos with our very shy cat…he was rubbing his head on him and rolling around. That is pretty much unheard of! Highly highly recommend!!!!
Marsh was fantastic with my kitty, visiting for an hour at the same time every day, playing with her and petting her, and sending many photos. The regular schedule helped keep her comfortable during my longer absence. Plus, Marsh offered to water my plants while I was away.
Alex has done a great job walking my two dogs. It hasn’t been easy finding someone I feel comfortable trusting them with since they both have some reactivity. One of my dogs can also be afraid of new people but took to Alex immediately. Glad to have found a good sitter/walker!
