About: I have had dogs since I was 3 years old. Currently do not have a dog of my own but still dog sit for my mom when she goes out of town or comes visits me. Have plenty of experience with dogs of all sizes and puppies. Young professional in seasonal type job. My work is currently in the slow season so have plenty of time for dogs/puppies. I also have all my weekends available to puppy sit. I live in an apartment but there are plenty of walking trails and parks nearby. I also have plenty of time off and no weekend commitments so I can stay at your home so the pups are more comfortable.
About: Animals love me, and I love them! My family has always had dogs, and I was always the one to walk them. Tiny dog? I'll walk them. Medium dog? I'll walk them. Big dog? I'll walk them. REALLY big dog? I'll walk them. I have walked dogs of all sizes, ages, and speeds. No matter the size, dogs respond well to my energy, and they can tell I'm excited to see them. If your dog doesn't like walks, I can stop by and let them out in your backyard and even throw a ball for them 1 to 100 times. I'm currently working part-time from home on a boring computer. Happy to take a break to hang out with your cute animal(s) instead! I usually go on a walk 1-2 hours a day, so why not bring your dog along? I also have a car, so I can get to your neighborhood in a breeze. I have experience walking reactive dogs. I am aware of my surroundings and always cross the street safely if I spot another dog approaching. I always communicate with dogs in a friendly and calm demeanor.

“Wonderful! Our cat loved her immediately and Katie gave her a ton of quality time. Great notes and insightful observations. Will certainly book her the next time we go out of town. Highly recommended!”

“Rachel was so sweet and communicative throughout the entire booking process. You can tell she really cares about the pets she cares for and wants them to be happy. I felt confident to leave my sweet dog Rosie in her care!”

“Tayla was fantastic with two shy kitties! She was punctual with daily check-ins and sent updates with plenty of photos to ease my worry. Both cats were happy and well cared for. Tayla was thoughtful with her care and even suggested separate feedings to ensure Oona didn’t go hungry. We hope to rebook with Tayla for our next trip!”

About: I specialize in multicat households! I love cats so much and I’d love to meet as many as possible. I have two cats of my own, Beans and Clarise and I’m obsessed with them. Although I’m at a cat person, I love being a part time dog person. I grew up taking care of two dogs, one of which became very sick towards the end of his life, so I have experience administering medication to dogs. My main career goals include researching and protecting wildlife, which was inspired by my admiration and interest in non-human animals. These values would hold true when taking care of your dog or cat! I work from home most days and my schedule is very flexible. I’m happy to accommodate for last minute needs and I have a car to get around the city easily I have two indoor cats and we like to keep them really active. We play with them daily and try to get them moving around the apartment.
About: I’m great with animals, and I adore them! I have a cat of my own and I used to have guinea pigs, a dog, and another cat when I was young. I was the dog sitter for my sister for her senior dog for 3 years so I have experience with seizures, and medications. I also used to be the sitter of 7 cats so I have experience with lots of animals at once. I work at a bakery full time right now but am off Monday wednesday and Thursday. I’m happy to do late night drop ins after my shifts too! I watch my sisters dog often. I give her her meds in the morning and evening. I take her on little walks every day. I make sure she is entertained with toys. I also like to play her music when I leave so she feels less alone. With my cat I make sure she always has toys and entertainment. She loves being talked to and brushed.
“We had a wonderful experience with Maya! She took great care of our babies and was very mindful of their specific needs. It’s always tough to leave our fur babies behind, but Maya’s detailed updates and photos made us feel very comfortable and able to relax while we were gone.”

“Molly was so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure my little Midnight had everything she needed while I was away. She also sent such helpful updates! Would definitely book with her again.”

“Trace was delightful to work with and took excellent care of our kitties. Her daily check ins were thorough and she made sure to keep us up to date on any concerns we mentioned before we left on our trip. Trace made our holiday travel feel easier and worry-free!”

Northwest pet parents share their Rover experiences
A+++ cat sitter! Lillian was an absolute professional and a wonderful caregiver for our cat while we were away for two weeks. Our cat, Gage, is 17 years old and has several medical conditions, so we were very selective about who we trusted with his care. We greatly appreciated Lillian's thorough, diligent, and attentive approach. She followed all of Gage's care instructions, provided daily health updates, alerted us to any concerns, and helped ensure he received excellent care throughout our trip. We've been using Rover for years, and Lillian is the best sitter we've ever worked with. She was consistently reliable, kept detailed notes about Gage's care, managed his multiple daily medications and special dietary needs flawlessly, and sent adorable daily photos. We recommend Lillian without reservation and would happily book with her again.

Adriana once again exceeded our expectations with the care of our beloved old boy Cheese. She was very attentive and very communicative the entire week we were away. Not once did we feel as if we were not able to reach out; Adriana was always on top of her messages and was always a text or phone call away. Our Cheesy boy was very happy and it almost seems like he didn’t even miss us with how much attention Adriana gave him!! Will ALWAYS book with Adriana moving forward.

Erin did a great job taking the best care of my cat Olive! Followed instructions, great communication, took the sweetest pictures, and overall good care of my home when I returned. I would definitely book again with Erin, she was wonderful and Olive definitely warmed up to her quick!

I’m very grateful for Lori! Thank you for coming back to check on the boys after not being able to get in the first time and going back to give one of my cats extra medication. Maurice seems to be doing better and is transitioning to his new diet. You are a life saver :)

Pretzel is usually a little wary of new people coming into our home, but with Catherine, things seemed to click instantly, which says a lot! We really appreciated the pictures and communication throughout. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to booking with Catherine again!
