She is one of the first sitters on here that I have really felt heard by :) I have 4 cats, one of which is on oral Fluoxetine and is at a dose that requires tapering, and causes side effects when a dose is missed. One of my main points of concern with choosing a sitter was that they would do whatever necessary (in the realm of their own safety of course) to ensure she gets her daily dose while I was out of town. Additionally, I have a specific way of preparing their meals competes (as there are a lot of cats lol). Kamrie came for a very pleasant meet and greet where I walked through preparing and heating the competes, towel wrapping my med kitty, and a demonstration of how to give her med. She went above and beyond for my kitties <3 Made their meals exactly how I do!! She scooped all 4 of my litter boxes, and cleaned and replaced the potty pads in the pad box (this is the box my anti-litter, med kitty uses mostly, she is a lil mentally challenged in her own way <3). Water bowls were replaced twice a day, boxes done twice a day!! Runi (med kitty) got her medication, their food was made perfect, and she even asked to stay longer one night to give the kitties an extra 30 minutes of play time and care, free of cost <3 Kamrie is an OUTSTANDING pet sitter!! I know it can feel a little uncertain to hire sitters who dont have pages of reviews YET, but she has tremendous experience with caring for animals ❤️ I will definitely hire her again!! Her rates are extremely reasonable too!!! Thank you Kamrie for taking such wonderful care of my babies 💞 I'm so happy to have you in my corner now, and will be reaching out to you next time I need a sitter!!!”

About: I have always had a dogs in my life. I went from growing up with dogs to getting my own dogs when I went off to college. They have been with me since up until recently when we had to put our dog penny down at age 16. Suddenly I find myself without a dog and it is very lonely, but I am not ready for a new permanent addition, so I am hoping to pet sit to still have dogs in my life. My husband and I both work from home, so we are around to give pets love and attention throughout the day. We do have 2 young children so it is important to us that your pet loves kids or is at least used to kids. We recently had to put our two elderly dogs down (14 and 16) so we really miss having dogs around the house but are not ready for a new permanent pet yet, so we are very excited about dog sitting. I will not be able to accommodate your pet in my home; I have a cat of my own who is very much an only child:) I am able to and have a lot of experience being in the home with your pets, staying overnight, and providing lots of videos and pictures of your animals while you are away. I can easily crate your dog if/when needed based on their needs; I have consistent experience in crating dogs who need to be crated at night/when I leave. I have much experience understanding dogs who can only be left home alone for a certain number of hours and will always schedule my day around this while caring for your animals. I have taken care of 2+ animals in a home at a time and am comfortable/able to walk 2 dogs at the same time, or separately depending on their needs.

About: I will admit that I acquire no previous professional experience, however, I think I can speak for all animal lovers when I say that it doesn't take much when it already comes so natural in the first place. Being around 4 dogs and 2 cats growing up has made it that much more comfortable and easier to sign up for Rover. From tending anxiety attacks and engaging in playful encouragement on zoomie runs, to simple walks and strolls and chill TV sessions, animals have always been the most versed, laid-back companions anyone could ask for. As of right now, I am available Monday, Tuesday, Friday through Sunday. Times varying from morning to late afternoon. Available boarding may range from any of these dates and timeframes, but please feel free to reach out if you need an emergency walk or visit! Baths, walks, scheduled feeding times and play is always within my routine when caring for fur babies. When I had my cats, feeding time was whenever a timer set off and played the New Girl intro. Silly, yes. However, very effective.
About: I've loved animals ever since I was a small kid. I grew up raising 3 rats, 3 cats, and a Great Pyrenees. I have experience walking neighborhood dogs, as well as taking care of hamsters and cats while their owners were on vacation. About: Buongiorno! A little about me... I'm an Italian-American GT3 Racecar engineer who used to be a research scientist in neuropharmacology, immunology and virology. There isn't much racing in Portland, so between races I find myself at home enjoying beautiful Pacific Northwest for weeks or months at a time. I have the most amazing, smiley, 14 year old puppy, Emma, whom I’ve raised from birth. Emma is also a trained service animal. Through the years I’ve rescued many pets, volunteered for numerous shelters, foster programs and humane societies. I’m an experienced dog trainer and spent several years studying the art of canine communication, positive reinforcement dog training and animal nutrition. I have trained both service animals and regular, farmily pets. When I was attending engineering school, I worked for a health- and nutrition- based pet food store that focused on healing, and/or improving the health of pets within the community. During that time I was able to help many owners battle through allergy and food intolerance issues. I am well experienced in caring for elderly and special needs pets. I’ve cared for many large and small dogs recovering from recent hip replacements, knee surgeries, abdominal surgeries, cancer and more. Allowing us to be more at ease on our trip. Communication was great as he was quick to respond and was very flexible with our drop off time, when we were running behind. Barry has experience with senior dogs, he was kind and understanding with all of Callie’s feeding and meds instructions. We could tell, Callie really enjoyed all the smells in the garden and the calm setting. We can’t say enough, other than we are so glad we found Barry and we would highly recommend him.”

“Dahlia & her partner Nic were fantastic watching my senior dog. My dog has some quirks and special needs in her old age (medication, eating schedule, etc) but Dahlia was unphased and accommodating. I felt relaxed on my trip knowing my dog was in such great care. Our flight was delayed one hour returning from our trip, and Nic was so kind to stay up the extra hour so we could still pick our dog up on the planned night. Thank you, Dahlia & Nic!”
“My dog Judy had a blast boarding with Chris, Bear and Cosmo. The accommodations were super dog friendly, with dog gates, doors, and especially the huge yard setup where the dogs had tons of space to run, play, and burn off energy. Judy got plenty of exercise and there was more than enough room for larger dogs to be comfortable too. Chris also took them to the great dog parks nearby, and Judy had a great time exploring there as well. It was also nice that all the dogs got along, which made everything feel easy and comfortable. Judy came home happy, tired, and had a great time during her stay. It was obvious she was being very well cared for and getting lots of attention the whole time. Thanks Chris!”
