About: As a dog owner of my own for 8 years and growing up with pets, I know how important it is to find someone who will care for your pets like they’re family. Thats me! I will care for your animals like they are my own and will always strive to give them a positive encounter. I have experience with senior dogs as well as puppies (around 3 weeks old and up). I know sometimes extra care is needed and will always prioritize their comfort and well being. Additionally, I am good with shy and/or skittish dogs and know how to help them feel safe while showing them I am trustworthy and gentle. My experience with cats is about 10 years. I am currently in school which helps my schedule be decently flexible. Most of my classes are online so I can be home with dogs the majority of the day! My dog, Sage, is a thriving child of divorce and is with her Dad until August. If your dog is staying with me, I have a fenced area in the condo units where I live. Condo is single story. There are several parks close by, including the Alberta Park Dog Off Leash Area which is not fenced. If you are comfortable and your dog has good recall to me, I can take your dog there, too. If they prefer to be leashed the whole time, other parks are close and we will have just as much fun! If I am picking your dog up to walk and return to your home, I will take the utmost care to be gentle and respectful of your animal and home. It can be strange for animals to have someone new in their space and I will make sure they know I am a safe person. If pet parents are amenable, I usually have small training treats I give my dog on walks and can do the same for your dog! I have experience ranging from very young puppies to senior dogs as well as post surgery care.

About: I've had at least one dog throughout my entire life and a lot of my extended family loves dogs as well. I've taken care of small dogs like Malteses all the way up to large Malamutes. I volunteered at a local shelter walking, training, and spending time with the dogs. I currently have a rescue mix who I love to take to the dog park, hiking, and traveling. I currently work from home, so your pet will never be lonely. I am available for weekend walks and dog boarding. I can be flexible with pick up and drop off times. I can follow whatever rules you already have set for your pets. Let me know what their day to day normally is and I will do my best to replicate that.

About: I was raised as an animal lover in a home with two dogs, two cats, and one bearded dragon! My appreciation extends to creatures great and small -- I have performed some light farm-sitting. I have pet & house-sat since highschool and I feel comfortable and confident with: large dogs, reactive dogs, pets with special medication needs, and skittish or hostile cats. I want to make sure your pet is getting the care they need from me; I can give pets and comfort to a senior kitty, or make sure your pup has sniffed everything in a one mile radius! I want to ensure your pet's routine stays as close to usual as possible so they are happy and healthy! When I've cared for reactive dogs, I did my best to walk routes that avoided potential triggers. To follow medication schedules, I will try my hardest to trick even the most suspicious pet into taking their medicine. I will take care of your pet as you'd like me to!
