Information Kayla N. would like to know about your pet
Prior to first visits I will ask questions regarding a pet's behaviors with other animals, particularly other dogs. I'm also interested in what their favorite activities are and any special needs such as medication administration and of course, emergency info such as their primary vet.
A typical day
At the least I love providing stimulation for all pets be it through play, affection, or just providing food and space. I'll meet pets where they are to help them kill time until their human comes back.

Pet care experience
✨ She/her/They/them ✨ Since growing up befriending the dozens of neighborhood strays I've been a lifelong lover of animals. While I don't have the time to dedicate to any pets of my own I'm thankful to the people who allow me the privilege of helping care for theirs. I don't take the responsibility lightly. Some things to note: - I am a night owl so I try to not book anything earlier than 9am. This also means I may not respond to any messages before then either - I get around primarily by bus and work a second job so I greatly appreciate flexible scheduling! - I work a second job 1-3 days per week that generally keeps me away from about 5pm-11pm, give or take an hour. If my work schedule overlaps with your pet's dinner/evening walk then we'll do dinner and a walk prior to leaving and another potty break upon my return.
Reviews

Kayla was great with Midnight and sent a bunch of pics. I would recommend for sitting!

I highly recommend Kayla! She is an excellent sitter. I really appreciate that she asked a broad range of questions about caring for our dog, and his preferences, before the first stay. There was constant communication and we never wondered how our older dog was faring because of the regular updates. We came home to a happy dog! Thank you, Kayla!

Kayla is superb! She offered daily updates including behavioral notes and compliments, and I felt confident that my pup was in good hands while I was out of town. I will definitely hire her again!

Kayla was so helpful taking care of Kato even when my plans changed last minute. Her notes and photos really help keep me in the loop with how he’s doing 😊
