We had a wonderful experience with Evita! As first-time Rover users who had only ever left our cats with family before, we were understandably a little nervous, but she was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. She was communicative, flexible, and very thorough, making sure we always knew how things were going at home. We especially appreciated that she continued sending updates and photos even when our cats were hiding. It was clear she genuinely cared about our cats' well being and took the time to make sure they were comfortable and cared for. We came home to happy cats and felt completely at ease while we were away. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and thoughtful pet sitter!

Evita is an amazing sitter!! I found her somewhat last minute, and she was nothing but incredible. My dog had a lovely time while I was away for work for a few days. She was attentive, made sure my dog had plenty of walks and playtime. She has a small dog, and my dog and hers got along so well! Definitely going to be using her all summer as my permanent sitter!
Evita took great care of our kitties and their needs! Evita was very communicative and always included update notes and pictures with each visit, which helped us feel at ease while traveling. It was clear from the pictures that our kitties felt the same way, very comfortable! We would 100% book with her again.
Evita was incredible! She watched Miso while I had a 12hr shift at work, and was extremely accommodating with drop off and pick up time. She sent lots of updates and was very understanding when my nervous dog wouldn’t stop barking in the morning. 10/10 would recommend!!

Schedule
I currently work from home full-time with my schedule being 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. I will be able to stay with your pet all throughout the day, if needed.

Safety, trust & environment
I live with my boyfriend and our six-year-old dog, NuNu. She is very friendly toward other dogs and will interact, but she’s also trained to keep her distance if your pet doesn’t want to interact with her. We live in a two bedroom apartment in Pearl District, so if your pet needs space (to be crated, alone time, etc.) the second bedroom would be used. While we don’t have a backyard, we live close to Fields Park, so I would be able to talk your dog on multiple walks or to the dog park (if permitted by you).

A typical day
When it comes to the fun activities I do with the dogs I watch, it really depends on the energy level of each individual dog. For more energetic pups, I’m happy to take them to the park and throw the ball for them. For more laid back pups, I’m happy to take the on long, slow walks or maybe cuddling on the couch. I understand that different dogs have different needs and preferences, and I strive to accommodate them accordingly.
