“Kamrie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She is one of the first sitters on here that I have really felt heard by :) I have 4 cats, one of which is on oral Fluoxetine and is at a dose that requires tapering, and causes side effects when a dose is missed. One of my main points of concern with choosing a sitter was that they would do whatever necessary (in the realm of their own safety of course) to ensure she gets her daily dose while I was out of town. Additionally, I have a specific way of preparing their meals competes (as there are a lot of cats lol). Kamrie came for a very pleasant meet and greet where I walked through preparing and heating the competes, towel wrapping my med kitty, and a demonstration of how to give her med. She went above and beyond for my kitties <3 Made their meals exactly how I do!! She scooped all 4 of my litter boxes, and cleaned and replaced the potty pads in the pad box (this is the box my anti-litter, med kitty uses mostly, she is a lil mentally challenged in her own way <3). Water bowls were replaced twice a day, boxes done twice a day!! Runi (med kitty) got her medication, their food was made perfect, and she even asked to stay longer one night to give the kitties an extra 30 minutes of play time and care, free of cost <3 Kamrie is an OUTSTANDING pet sitter!! I know it can feel a little uncertain to hire sitters who dont have pages of reviews YET, but she has tremendous experience with caring for animals ❤️ I will definitely hire her again!! Her rates are extremely reasonable too!!! Thank you Kamrie for taking such wonderful care of my babies 💞 I'm so happy to have you in my corner now, and will be reaching out to you next time I need a sitter!!!”

About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 10 years and absolutely love being around animals! I currently have one dog of my own, and I’ve always had a big soft spot for animals and their unique personalities. During the day, I work as a special education Paraeducator at an elementary school, so patience, compassion, and responsibility are a big part of my everyday life. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different needs and personalities, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. I work part-time, so I have open availability on weekdays before 7:30am and after 3 PM and fully throughout the weekends. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship while you’re away. I’m also flexible and will do my best to accommodate your pet care needs. I care for every pet like they’re my own! I follow their normal routines, give them plenty of attention, playtime, walks, meals, and cuddles, while making sure they feel safe and comfortable. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with multiple dogs in the house at all points. Through middle and high school I walked dogs and did home visits/drop-ins for neighbors. I’m working part-time as a climbing coach and substitute teacher. I recently graduated with my master’s! I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule! I live in a house that is two stories. We have a fenced in yard, suitable for a dog. Im in walking distance (5-10 minutes) to two major Portland parks, which both have dog parks.

About: From a young age I've always loved animals, and had the dream job of being a veterinarian. Growing up with my grandparents two Papillons, Mickey and Mina, I learned to walk, play, feed, train, and care for pets at the age of 7. Even before that, I was obsessed with a book called "How to Speak Dog: A Guide to Decoding Dog Language," (By Aline Alexander Newman and Gary Weitzman) which unfortunately didn't let me talk with them, but taught me all about dog body language. Now, as a college student, with no pets, I would love to help you care for your furry friends to give them all the love and attention they want! I'm currently working part-time as a theater camp counselor, so will have plenty of time in the afternoons to chill with your pets! I would be free on the weekends and after 4 on the weekdays. I am very attentive, and would watch both your furry family members and my surroundings for any signs of possible issues to ensure trouble to avoided before it occurs.
