About: Hi, I’m Kenah. I provide dependable pet care for families who want someone calm, responsible, and attentive caring for their pets and their home. My background includes years of caregiving, direct support, healthcare operations, and compliance work, so I am very comfortable following detailed instructions, respecting home routines, documenting important updates, and noticing when something seems off. I know how much trust it takes to let someone into your home or care for a pet you love, and I take that responsibility seriously. During each visit, I focus on keeping your pet safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine. I am happy to help with feeding, fresh water, walks, potty breaks, litter box care, playtime, basic cleanup, and photo updates. I also make sure doors are locked, instructions are followed, and you receive clear communication so you are not left wondering how your pet is doing. I especially enjoy working with pets who do best with a steady, patient person. Whether your pet is social and playful or shy and slow to warm up, I will follow your lead and care for them in the way that works best for their personality. My schedule is flexible, and I do my best to work around each pet’s normal routine. I am available for drop-in visits, dog walks, and house sitting depending on the day, time, and location. I prefer to plan ahead when possible so I can give each pet the right amount of time and attention, but I may also be able to help with shorter-notice requests when my schedule allows. I take safety and trust very seriously, whether I am caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home. I have a small, calm home environment with a large, fully fenced yard, which gives dogs space to get fresh air, play, and take potty breaks safely. I always supervise outdoor time and make sure gates and doors are secure.

About: I currently spend a lot of time at home, so your pet will not be left alone for long periods. My home is safe, quiet, and has a spacious yard where pets can play and relax. I am gentle, responsible, and will treat your pet like my own. I can provide feeding, playtime, and companionship, and I will make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you are away. I and my family have a wonderful relationship with dogs. I spend most of my time at home, so I have a very flexible schedule for pet care. Your pet will have plenty of attention and will not be left alone for long periods. I am available on both weekdays and weekends, and I can adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs, including feeding, walks, and playtime. I have a lovely yard and home alone with no kid or other pet, I only take only one pet at a time to make sure he/she gets enough care and attention.

About: I adore all animals, available for drop-ins, walks, and puppy play dates with my dog. I’m currently self-training a wonderful psychiatric service dog, Sobek (still in training). Together we have taken a large number of classes, passed the CGC, volunteered with Oregon Humane Training, canine PT, and had a whole lot of fun along the way. I am familiar with positive reenforcement, force free, settle training, crate training, socialization, clicker training, agility and capturing calm behaviors. I have experience with animals who have mild to moderate mobility issues, puppies, senior and special needs, safe stretching/activity monitoring, and reactive body language. *I am not a certified trainer* but I hope to be one day. I’m happy to answer any questions or assist you on your journey, teach your dog a thing or two, or point you to my many trusted local resources. Inclusivity, flexibility, and honesty are some of my main core values. I am honest about my availability, knowledge and conduct. I’m also a former pro photographer and bound to take many cute photos. They/them, queer/trans affirming. I work from home so I am flexible depending on my meetings. I am available late afternoons and evenings unless otherwise noted in my schedule. I’m fairly organized and pet-proof my own home. I always treat other’s homes as if they were my own, meaning I pack out what I pack in and respect the boundaries of humans and pets who live there.
