“Lajetta was a great dog sitter for our doodles! She kept us updated throughout the day with pictures & we could tell the doodles were being loved, cared for & comfortable.”

“Another wonderful visit at Dawn's house. She has so much fun with Dawn's daughter and their two dogs. It's a mini vacation for Maggie when she is with them. Couldn't find a better place for her when we are away.”

“Greg is a lifesaver! Super responsive and easy to coordinate with, I had a pretty last minute need for off-site dog sitting and Greg thankfully was available and flexible. I'm so glad he has Hilo too, someone to play with definitely helps my big baby not be glum about being away from home.”

“Tyson had the best day! Heath is kind, friendly and natural with dogs. They were very easy to schedule with and great communication. Tyson can’t wait to come back.”

“Peter took my puppy on more walks than he gets at home! He came home tired, which is hard to do with this fella. I appreciated the generous care he offered my puppy.”

“Annika and John were great with our pup. Their sweet dog Pepper was the perfect playmate too. No issues and quick responses. We’d definitely book with them again!”

“I took my dog to Kate for daycare one day while we were visiting Portland. Kate has a wonderful outdoor and indoor space for doggy daycare. She sent many photos and updates. It looked like my dog had so much fun. I highly recommend.”

“Storm takes a bit of time to get comfortable in new environments with new people, but she seemed to settle in easily with Gil and Peaches! We are so thankful they are patient with her separation anxiety and welcome her on daycare days!”

“Emily was amazing with my rambunctious 4 mo old puppy. She was so flexible when I had something come up and I had to pick him up late. She's even showed me some basic grooming tips! Do not sleep on her! We will definitely be booking again.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, birds, fish and rodents and have taken care of them my whole life- training, washing, walking, playing, etc. I have booked many clients with Rover and feel very confident in my ability to gain trust from both humans and animals. I love animals with my whole heart and would love to help take care of yours! My schedule is currently open, so I can provide pet care mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends as needed. I’m reliable and adaptable, and I’m happy to coordinate with pet owners to meet their pets’ routines. If my schedule changes due to gaining a part-time job, I’ll update availability promptly. I would love to be an additional help to anyone in need of pet care 🐶🐱 I provide drop-in care, including feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, and enrichment for dogs, cats, and other pets. I focus on building trust and keeping pets happy, comfortable, and well cared for, while tailoring my approach to each pet’s needs and personality. Whether it’s a quick visit or a longer check-in, I make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and supported.
“Grateful to have found Don!! Axle who has a lot of separation anxiety loves going to Don”s house. He heads right in with no hesitation & has a great time with Don, Melody & Cody. He enjoys the walks, ball time, and is comfortable and safe in their environment thank you Don!”

“Evita has an incredible smile, and that was indicative of the care and affection she obviously showed my pup. Our dog returned home happy, well fed, and well exercised. Evita was very friendly, and extremely attentive. I will definitely request her as a sitter again. Thank you Evita!”

“Sarah was a great sitter for my dog Rosie. Rosie was so excited to come back every morning for daycare, and Rosie and Ellie were fast friends. We will definitely book with Sarah again in the future!”

About: I adore all animals, available for drop-ins, walks, and puppy play dates with my dog. I’m currently self-training a wonderful psychiatric service dog, Sobek (still in training). Together we have taken a large number of classes, passed the CGC, volunteered with Oregon Humane Training, canine PT, and had a whole lot of fun along the way. I am familiar with positive reenforcement, force free, settle training, crate training, socialization, clicker training, agility and capturing calm behaviors. I have experience with animals who have mild to moderate mobility issues, mild to moderate separation anxiety, puppies, senior and special needs, safe stretching/activity monitoring, and reactive body language. *I graduate from Karen Pryor Academy March 2027* and will be a certified dog trainer then. I’m happy to answer questions or assist you on your journey, teach your dog a thing or two, make suggestions or point you to my many trusted local resources. Inclusivity, flexibility, and honesty are some of my main core values. I am honest about my availability, knowledge and conduct. I’m also a former pro photographer and bound to take many cute photos. They/them, queer/trans affirming. I work from home so I am flexible depending on my meetings. I am available late afternoons and evenings unless otherwise noted in my schedule. I’m fairly organized and pet-proof my own home. I always treat other’s homes as if they were my own, meaning I pack out what I pack in and respect the boundaries of humans and pets who live there.

About: I'm Nicole, I'm a mom of a 6 year old golden retriever named Peach. I raised her from a puppy and I love her like my own child, she is such a blessing. We like to go to the park to play fetch or watch a movie and cuddle! All of my friends have pets nowadays so we are often trading pet watching throughout the year. I work remotely 8-4 PM M-F and have a lot of flexibility to do things around the house or run errands, so that includes taking care of extra pets. I live with my boyfriend, and we have no children. We have a house with a smaller backyard and live near Laurelhurst park. I work remotely at my house roughly 8-4pm M-F and have a lot of flexibility to take care of Peach and other animals. My weekends are usually filled with house projects, thrifting or getting out to an outdoor activity. My house has a couple of beds, couches and rugs for your pet to sprawl on. We have a smaller fenced yard where the dogs can use the restroom. I do have a crate if needed.
About: Hi! I’m Danielle and I work from home as a digital marketing professional. My profession offers me a lot of flexibility in my schedule so I’m often available for pet care, which I absolutely love! My professional pet care experience includes over 10 years of pet sitting, working at a humane society and volunteering with shelters and rescues. I have experience with many types of pets, temperaments, and special needs. Puppies? Seniors? Reactive? No worries! I’ll provide attentive, loving, gentle care. Since I was a small child, I’ve been happiest when spending time with and caring for animals. When not showering other pets with attention and love, I can be found with my sweet dog, Jack. He’s a 12 yr old black lab mix that I rescued off the street when he was just 7 months old. I look forward to meeting you and your pet friends! ☺️ My days are fairly flexible so I have availability most days for pet check-ins, sitting and walks. I’m happy to discuss specific availability upon request. I live in an upstairs apartment. Pets staying with get regular on-leash potty breaks outside (we generally take a short walk since there is no yard), are allowed on the furniture and are showered with adoration (unless they’re not into that). Whether in my home or yours, I always follow instructions given and prioritize your pets’ wellbeing, safety and comfort.
“Parker had such a good time hanging out with Kimo. Kimo has such a chill space and lives close to a great park which was perfect for my senior pup. Kimo was very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful, wonderful dog sitter! She was incredibly kind to my dog! Her two dogs were adorable and were great for nervous, first time in someone else’s home dogs (my dog). She took them on frequent walks, communicative about eating, treats, potty, and nap time and sent many pictures. I’d recommend her to anyone with small-medium dogs that need somewhere to go either sitting or boarding. One issue I faced which wasn’t a huge deal, was in the middle of my reservation the rate of sitting increased to almost double the initial rate I paid for. My intial booking was 15/day and I asked for one more day of sitting, and the entire reservation was modified to 25/day. It caught me off guard since it was the middle of the week and I was caught off guard with the new price. The service was worth the new rate, just wanted transparency there.”

Buddha had such a great time with Hayley and her family! He loves kids and an outing so he was happy going on family walks and to go get ice cream with everyone! Hayley was great about sending pics and keeping me updated. Super sweet family! Will def be booking again!

Alex was incredible with our precious lil guy. We felt immediately at ease leaving him with her, she seemed genuinely excited to spend time chilling with him while we were out during the day. Alex sent us updates and photos throughout the day and it seemed like Toby had a great time at her place napping and exploring the yard. In his old age he gets a little bit restless in the evening, but when we got there to pick him up Alex had just finished playing a dinner hide and seek game with him that seemed to get him excited and distracted. We would definitely feel comfortable leaving Toby with Alex again, and highly recommend her!

Rocky had such a good time with Caitlin that he charged into her arms on the second day of his 2-day sit. I would definitely recommend Caitlin for her loving personality and responsible nature with our special furry friends. Thanks Caitlin for taking Rock and helping me out during my work trip!
