About: Since growing up befriending the dozens of neighborhood strays I've been a lifelong lover of animals and have spent almost my entire life caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, and rats. While I don't have the time to dedicate to any pets of my own I'm thankful to the people who allow me the privilege of helping care for theirs. I don't take the responsibility lightly. Some things to note: - I am a night owl so I try to not book anything earlier than 9am. This also means I may not respond to any messages before then either - I will accept most bookings in N/NW/& NE Portland but am sometimes open to traveling further - I am currently unable to accept any bookings in my home I update my Rover schedule each month to fit around my ever-changing work schedule. This means any long-term bookings can not be scheduled outside of the current month. In my home: I have a fenced patio that pups can hang out in with supervision. No more than 1 dog will be in my home at a time so I can provide care to the best of my ability. In the client's home: Leave pets and home better than I found it. Stick to parents' notes. I understand what it's like to allow a stranger into your home to care for your beloved pet and that trust is something I never want to take for granted.

About: Hello! I go by Eli, I am a dog owner myself, I know dogs are more like children than anything. I’m a dog lover at heart and a dog parent by choice! I will make sure to take care of every special need your fur baby may have! I have some experience in pet grooming, doggy daycare, and dog walking, so I have dealt with dogs big and small! I know pets care a lot about getting enough exercise, getting rewards, and being able to get enough playtime with humans and other pets! “An amazing walker! But really, she did so much more than just walk, i truly felt like my dog was being cared for to the same degree as I would care for her. I gave Ashley short notice, and she still made it work. In addition, my dog doesn't always warm up to people quickly, but she did with Ashley...which is honestly amazing, and the truest review I could give...a paw approved one by my doggo. She was patient with my dog and let her get comfortable on her own terms, and in record time rogue was settled with her. Literally can't say enough about her ability to calm my older dog's nerves and get her out and about.”
