Let me know of any special needs / behaviors that I should be aware of! For doggie daycare, I only take one additional dog other than my own. Sobek is very dog neutral and gentle but will play if another dog wants to! We are happy to take your pup on off leash activities where I have plenty of vision. I’ve been told he’s been very helpful socializing more timid pups. Please refrain from booking this service if your dog does not get along with others.
A typical day
Long dog walks, fun time at the park! Maybe a swim, or chilling in my shaded backyard with a misting fan and a kiddie pool. I get bored easily and like to keep it interesting.

I adore all animals, available for drop-ins, walks, and puppy play dates with my dog. I’m currently self-training a wonderful psychiatric service dog, Sobek (still in training). Together we have taken a large number of classes, passed the CGC, volunteered with Oregon Humane Training, canine PT, and had a whole lot of fun along the way. I am familiar with positive reenforcement, force free, settle training, crate training, socialization, clicker training, agility and capturing calm behaviors. I have experience with animals who have mild to moderate mobility issues, puppies, senior and special needs, safe stretching/activity monitoring, and reactive body language. *I am not a certified trainer* but I hope to be one day. I’m happy to answer any questions or assist you on your journey, teach your dog a thing or two, or point you to my many trusted local resources. Inclusivity, flexibility, and honesty are some of my main core values. I am honest about my availability, knowledge and conduct. I’m also a former pro photographer and bound to take many cute photos. They/them, queer/trans affirming.

Casey is incredible with animals! I have a timid chihuahua who is quite stubborn and she got comfortable with Casey instantly. Casey is very kind and compassionate towards animals and I would trust them with ANY pet. They taught her a couple tricks in no time, have taken her on fun hikes, and given her a loving environment for her to be her best self and build confidence and joy in life.
Casey exemplifies both professional conduct and amazing results. With a near mystical manner of handling my boy. It was like a light was turned on and now he seems to be both bright and excited to learn.
